Well Run Practice
Every time I visit Dr. Clancy’s office, I am impressed by the efficiency of the entire staff. They take time to make you feel welcome and are always mindful of your appointment time without making you wait. The technology is top notch and my anxiety level has been greatly decreased since I started using them. Dr. Clancy is kind and reassuring and explains as he works which I find comforting. He works quickly and makes sure the patient is comfortable. After a seven year search for a decent dentist, I drive over an hour to visit this office. So happy I found Divine Smiles.

Recent Dental Appointment was a Fantastic
I just wanted to highlight my experience recently at Divine Smiles - Dr Clancy and the whole staff were wonderful and most importantly solved my tooth pain issue in that one visit. Excellent cosmetic dentistry
I received high recommendations regarding Dr Clancy’s cosmetic surgery technique and am thrilled with the results. I had decay, staining and cracks in the bonding of my front teeth. He was able to provide necessary laser surgery to the gums and crowns for the front four teeth all in one day without needing temporaries and extra visits. The results are above my expectations. His staff is well trained, polite and personable. The facility is like a spa. They have monitors and headphones so you can watch your favorite shows during the procedures. I am based out of NYC and Chicago, but chose to have my procedures done by Dr Clancy as a new patient due to his stellar recommendations. I am continuing to use his practice even for cleanings scheduling when I am in the area.

No more dental anxiety!
Dr Clancy and his team are just amazing! I had to have 2 crowns placed, and I was very nervous about it! Upon entering the office I was greeted by Taylor with words of encouragement and then Dana came to the waiting area to get me with a huge reassuring smile and then Dr Clancy sat down next to me to explain the procedure, and I was immediately at ease due to his calm demeanor and his gentleness. The staff goes above and beyond for the client's comfort and Dr Clancy walked me through the plan of care, answered all my questions and performed the procedure with such gentleness and precision; I was truly amazed! I had a question the following day and Leslie quickly addressed my concerns via phone call and truly made me feel cared for! They have restored my faith in dentistry! Thanks to the entire team!

Always great and professional. Top notch work.
I've been a patient for 15+ years. I've had a lot of procedures done throughout that time and they have all been pain free. Dr Clancy's work is top notch. I've had several crowns and they've held up great over the years. Even after I moved a half hour away to Andover, I chose to stay with Dr Clancy because a good reliable dentist is hard to find. Their facilities are wonderful and I don't know a ton about dentistry, but I feel like they probably have the latest and best equipment. For instance, they can do imaging and mill a porcelain crown directly at the appointment, saving multiple trips. The supporting staff is top notch and are very good at pointing out problematic areas during routine cleanings before they become bigger problems. Overall great experience! Shane

Pleasant and Professional staff. New location is excellent, free parking and no shortage of parking spots. The office is state of the art. Dr Clancy is skilled in all aspects of Dentistry. Needed two crowns and a deep cleaning, both procedures done in one day. Dr Clancy uses advanced 3D scanning imaging which is integrated into the crown milling process. I only had to wait 30 minutes for both crowns. It was a perfect fit and I didn’t have to come back in a month for a permanent crown, that was milled off-site. Had an implant tooth done five years ago with Dr Clancy. It’s been trouble free since. I’ve needed a lot of work done on my teeth recently, main reason was avoiding the dentist office for 10 years after college. Dr Clancy has changed all of that.

Many unnecessary services for temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction (TMD) were performed, and far more were recommended. After I left Dr. Clancy, a single piece of X-ray technology was used by a dentist at Tufts Medical Center Radiology, as ordered by their Craniofacial Pain, Headache, and Sleep Center, and my TMD was accurately diagnosed and treated without burdensome expenses. Dr. Clancy should have been aware of this technology and should not have used alternative and highly expensive methods in an attempt to form a model of my mouth and joints from which he could then assess TMD, when advanced and cost-effective technology is readily accessible elsewhere for this purpose. This, and other aspects of my experience, indicate that the predominant focus of this office is on money-making rather than on best practices for patient care.

I have been a patient of Dr Ryan Clancy for years! He rescued me from many dental emergencies and especially a serious and painful TMJ condition brought on by the loss of my son! I cannot speak highly enough of his caring and compassion! His staff is excellent, well trained, kind and caring!!! His knowledge, education, and surgical skills are beyond compare! I called in an emergency situation Dec 26th! Within minutes Leslie called me back, assessed the situation, contacted DrClancy, returned my call and contacted my pharmacy! Dr Clancy and Michelle provided emergency care on Wednesday, ( over four hours) ! (During the Christmas break!!!!!) I am well on my way to a complete recovery thanks to his dedication and commitment to his patients!!! It is rare to find such outstanding dedication! I am so thankful to be one of their patients ! To all of you at Divine Smiles , I thank you from the bottom of my heart! And thanks to Michelle and Dr Clancy for taking such good care of me

I received the same efficient service as always. As a long time patient, I have been able to call with a dental emergency, and I am usually seen the same day. This matters very much to me, that when you have a tooth issue, you can be seen right away. Not only was I diagnosed, I am returning for treatment on the next business day. I had a full mouth restoration at Medford Cosmetic & Esthetic Dentistry. After an assessment and initial deep cleanings, the restoration was a process that took about six months. The assessment showed that there was more going on with my mouth than a chipped tooth that originally brought me to this practice. Like many, I had braces in my early teens. In fact, my memories are that my teeth were not that crooked, but I was definitively told I would need extractions to prevent crowding. My molars were filled with silver. Cavities were a fact of life until decay abruptly stopped about the time the braces came off. From then on and for years, I was cavity-free except all of my molars had their fillings replaced. Sometimes I would get compliments about my straight upper teeth, but the lower teeth had crowding. I guess my mouth is that small. I also experienced facial pain, and I was managing headaches that would come on in the middle of the night from either intense workdays or a single gla
