Dr. Ryan Harlacher, MD

We sadly found out our upcoming appointments (my fiance and I) had been cancelled - the woman on the phone told us that Dr. Harlacher's last day was yesterday (5/27/22). We are so crushed as we felt we finally found an MD that we were comfortable with.

He listens to your concerns and provides alternatives if you don't like a suggestion. I have lived in Lee County 13 years, had numerous physicians (as I never liked there in and out visits), I thought I found my physician. Hate to see him going to inpatient care only.

I chose Dr Harlacher as my new doctor because he was new and just out of residency. I assumed incorrectly that he would have more time for his patients. A couple months after I started working with him, I developed an infection. The receptionist said he was too busy to meet with me for a couple days. I explained this cropped up really quickly and I was in a lot of pain. So she reluctantly scheduled me to meet with the Nurse Practitioner. I was assured the NP was well qualified. When she examined me, she scheduled me for an ultrasound. Once the ultrasound was completed, the radiologist could never get anyone from the Doctors office to call them back. I ended up falling through the cracks and both the Radiologist at Radiology Regional and Dr Harlachers office forgot to follow up. A couple days later the infection ulcerated and started bleeding which forced me to go to the emergency room where I spent several days. The ER Doctor told me to get a new MD. I Did!

Excellent Doctor, very detailed and thorough. Very patient and did not rush appointment. My prior doctor has left the practice so was concerned to see someone new. He was very respectful and genuine in regards to my health concerns.

The office is big with an onsite lab, flexible hours. Dr. Harlacher is awesome, he has great bedside manner, is punctual and kind. Efficient office, look no further!

Dr Ryan was very impressive today with my husband and myself. We are in our 80s. Answered all questions Not in a hurry. Ask us several times if we had any concerns We are lucky we found dr Ryan.

Seems fresh out of school and has not learned the art of listening to his pt and I'm not too sure that he is bright enough to figure that out in the future. He's fired...

Great bedside manner. Polite and on time. Will work with you on setting up a game plan for your ailmemts.

Has no clue as to how to talk to an older patient. Even told me that "it was above his pay grade". Abandoned me when I was in severe pain. The care coordinator from his office lies about prescribing medication. Stay away. No bedside skills at all.
