Surgery
Great surgeon. He operated on my shoulder. Very personable, communicates well, and is very attentive to medical needs. Highly refer him for orthopedic care.

Top-notch Experience
A spectacular fall ruined my chances of being a professional elbow-model when the break was bad enough to require surgery. I was referred to Dr. Neeley by the ER, and was able to get in to see him within 3 days for a consult, 6 days after the fall I was in surgery. Dr. Neeley was amazing. He explained the procedure, answered all my questions, and made me feel listened to. I hope I never have to use his services again, but if I do, I'm going back to Dr. N. He and his staff are simply the best.

Wonderful physician
I just met with Dr. Neely today regarding a shoulder injury. He was kind, informative, and explained things well. He inspired a great deal of confidence in me regarding my care plan at this point. Very happy I found him.

Long Wait - Unnecessary Tests
Firstly, got lost with the directions given and you can't call this office. You get the Banner switchboard who has never been there and has no idea. The feeling of the office was that of a cattle car. No personal contact...get em in, get em out. Waited 40 minutes in waiting. Then was taken to have x-rays even before I was seen by doctor. I said it was a soft tissue injury and didn't want x-rays. Was told that ALL patients had them to "save time". You really mean to pad the bill! I was then put in a room for another 25 minutes. Finally, the NP came in and treated me. I never did see the this doctor. I was a cash pay, given the bill, then told they forgot to add the x-rays. I paid in for everything, in full, only to get a text stating that I owed more for x-rays. I said that I had already paid for xrays and was told that I wasn't charged enough. Yep, x-rays that were never even looked at. Might be a great doc, if you get to see him and don't mind getting charged for unnecessary tests.

Dr Newley is an Awesome Doctor who cares about your circumstances and has an A-1 personality and bedside manners. I asked him to pray for me as I was praying for him. I have been his patient for a year and my surgery was totally successful! Still working on my radial nerve through OT! I highly recommend him! His staff is fantastic as well!

Showed up and after 54 minutes I left. They sent his assistant out to say the issue was because the xray machine was down but they took someone back who had an appointment after mine before me. In addition this was my FIRST appointment. How was I supposedly waiting for xrays when I've never been examined. There was absolutely no professionalism. If I can't trust them to communicate or be honest about something like this I would not trust him or the establishment with my health.
