Best Care I’ve Ever Had
Dr. Shultz was very professional and personable. He waited for my arrival after hours and took care of my eye problems with a lot of care and efficiency. My surgery went smoothly as well as my recovery. My vision is restored and I’m very grateful for his expertise and work. I cannot thank him enough. Thank appreciate everything Dr. Shultz and his staff did to make sure I received great care.

Above and beyond
I had an eye emergency and was seen by Dr. Ellinger at Rock Creek in Louisville late on a Friday afternoon. She suspected a possible retinal tear and arranged for Dr. Shultz to see me that same late afternoon. I had driven myself to the appointment. My eyes were dilated, so I scrambled to get a family member to come pick me up and drive through rush hour traffic to downtown Denver. By the time we got there, it was dark and everything at the clinic was closed, but Dr. Shultz and his nurse Christine were still there waiting for us. He was very thorough and patient and we didn't feel rushed at all. Fortunately, it wasn't a tear, but he took the same amount of care and thorough exam to determine that and carefully answered all my questions. Same with two more follow-up appointments. I will be forever grateful to him and Christine for staying that evening just to be sure I was OK.

I saw Dr. Shulz after my retina partially tore. He and his staff were very professional, efficient and reassuring. They got me in immediately and took great care of me. Eye injuries can be very scary but Dr. Schulz and his staff made it one of the best experiences I've ever had with Kaiser and why I'm happy to have them as my Healthcare provider.

Five years after having been diagnosed with retinal bleeding and seeing various eye specialists, I had an appointment with Dr. Shultz in 2012 who asked me about snoring of all things. This led to sleep studies which revealed apnea leading me to use a CPAP machine. For the last two years I have had NO bleeding. I am so very grateful to Dr. Shultz for his diagnosis! I highly recommend this outstanding physician. Clare Hoke, Valencia, PA
