Doctor Ryan Tran is the best doctor ever, I'm sad to leave on account of southwest medical associates not being a provider of straight medicaid starting Jan 2018, unfortunately established patient of 5 or more years with dr Tran does not matter to southwest medical associates let alone been with that hospital for over 20 years total, ty dr Tran for being who he is a kind hearted care about all his patients health, I will necer forget all the care he has done for me...

My grandfather was having a heart attack in the waiting room of his office, and when my mother and I went to the receptionist to tell her to contact the doctor immediately, she said that he was "booked all day" and couldn't help. My mom, frantic, asked what we needed to do, and the clueless reception responded with "you might want to try UMC quick care a couple blocks away." Meanwhile, my grandfather fainted on the floor and we had to call an ambulance. I'm writing this from the ER.
