He is great but I have questions about stuff and the clinical team don't answer them in a decent amount of time!

I have seen him for nearly 4 years nowI thought he was honest and caring a patient.I have Long-covid symptoms and a lot of health issues. It's so easy to get any specialist referral from him but that's itHe most of the time looking at a computer and is too busy.He is not even trying to understand what I explain my symptoms easier to listen to my husband ( English is not my mother language) He is not his patient. When I told him where I felt pain most of time, He was doubtful and asked me like a kid.He finally gave me more blood test and try to keep tracking to see differences.. Just only one time he got check many panels.he always jump on quit smoking. I have so many body parts in pain... and I understandI am considering to change other doctor more listening and understanding Not so professional attidudes

Excellent and Caring Doctor
We have been going to Dr. Walters since his joining Lexington Family Practice. We have been pleased with his thoroughness and how he has handled our medical needs. I would recommend him to anyone needing a primary care doctor.

Surprisingly, after 2 previous visits, I was very disappointed my last visit. He was very cold, never looked at me but stayed on the computer the entire visit. I felt ignored and absolutely unimportant. If it happens again, I will switch to someone else.

I like his style.
He’s a very good listener. I made a passing comment about being a ex -smoker, he didn’t jump on it immediately, but brought it up in following conversation, making a suggestion about a special test. He’s easy to talk to and learns a lot by guiding a casual conversation. He noted some positive things while encouraging follow up on others. Nicely done!
