This is the worst experience I've ever had with a 'medical' center, please stay away from them if you want to start a treatment with people who actually care about you. I was charged for a service I never received (they charged me without using my insurance despite me having given them my insurance information three weeks in advance), they had told me I had to call them on the 1st day of my period to get tested that same day, I called them and it has been absolutely impossible to get a hold of them or even get a call back. They have an app through which they can also be contacted, I sent multiple messages through that app and they just ignored them, they never called me back, my period passed and I could never get tested, they didn't even try to reach out to me at all, they gave me a phone number with an extension that doesn't work. They said they would post documents for me to view in the app and they were never there, they lie to you in your face shamelessly. Their behavior is frau
