I was treated by Dr Popp from 2000 to 2012, and this review by me is long overdue. Dr Popp played as significant role in helping me to keep my life in order. I endured multiple job eliminations from 1994 to 2012 within Banking. Which made things very difficult emotionally for a professional with a young family.I am very indebted to Dr Popp and always will be, I am very grateful for her assistance.

Dr Popp is very easy to talk to. When starting a new treatment she checks in with you every few days to make sure you are doing well. She encourages you to call her with any questions and will get back to you within a day. She is always caring. She looks at you as an individual and dose not put you in a category. She is knowledgeable and adjusts her methods to her individual clients. Working with her was a very productive experience.

Dr. Popp was by far the best psychiatrist I have ever seen. I was a patient of Dr. Popp for 12 years, and she helped me so much. I was severely depressed, but I was initially very reluctant to try medication, and she was respectful of my concerns. I never felt pressured, and she talked to me in detail about all of my options. When I did start medication, she told me all about possible issues and side effects, and always took me seriously if I had a problem. She found a medication that worked great for me, and it changed my life. Her gentle and supportive approach made a huge difference in helping me accept that this treatment was right for me. She also repeatedly went above and beyond when I had trouble with my insurance coverage, or getting my prescription filled. I don't know what I would have done without her.

Dr. Popp was my psychiatrist for 20 years since I was 14 years old. She was kind, listened to me and took the time to figure out the correct diagnosis and what meds worked. She wasn't just a "prescriber" she took the time to get to know me and what I needed. I came to her in rough shape. She genuinely cared about her patients and always tried her best. I can easily say she saved my life. I don't know why she abruptly stopped her practice but doctors like her are rare.

I was a patient of Dr. Popp’s for almost 15 years she helped me so much with my depression and anxiety issues. She was a good listener and generally had very constructive suggestions. I also appreciated how careful she was with medication; definitely not a pill pusher. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Popp was one of most amazing, most compassionate and human caregivers. For some reason, she had to drop her practice and this is a huge loss in the psychiatric community. Dr. Popp was a talented diagnostician, who cared deeply about people, and stuck with you through the crazy long process of finding a good medication fit. She was my doctor for 15 years and I’m going miss her! Somehow, she was forced out of her practice, I’m sure for reasons that were very unfair.

She is an incredible doctor and will be missed. I was her patient for 10 years. She is a uniquely kind, compassionate, and intelligent doctor. As a doctor myself, I was always impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile for her patients. You won't easily find a doctor so talented and dedicated to her patients.
