My 3rd visit to see Dr. Hafeez and 1st time at new, more convenient location which is clean & pristine in a nice building. She sees many patients daily, so come prepared with your list of questions/concerns. She's very open & really knows her stuff. I've had no issues getting referrals or tests when needed. Their phone # changed when they moved so a post card from Access would've been nice and could've saved some frustration. Overall, I would highly recommend her (and have) since it's next to impossible to get a new PCP in a timely manner in Vero Beach with so many having left the area or the profession altogether!

Great Experience
My first visit with Dr Hafeez was a truly refreshing experience. Dr Hafeez took the time to listen and gave easy to understand explanations when discussing test results. She is knowledgeable and kind. I never felt rushed and her concern was genuine. I highly recommend Dr Hafeez to anyone looking for a quality Primary Care Physician.

I waited on a list for 3 months. When I finally went to my appointment I found her to be impatient and uninterested. I was in a car accident prior to seeing her where I sustained injuries. I was there for help and to get referrals for my injuries. She refused to help me even though one of my injuries was dizziness since the accident among fractured bones. She gave me one referral and referred me to physical therapy without being checked out by a specialist. She was very difficult to communicate with. Her assistant on the phones couldn't be any ruder. The office does not look sanitary. I would never recommend her. to anyone!
