Took my significant other here to get help. The doctor accepted the diagnosis my partner gave himself (I think I have depression) without thoroughly evaluating him. My partner said he was diagnosed with ADHD in adolescence but doesn’t think that’s a real disorder. Dr. Sahib agreed with him (which isn’t in line with neuroscience!). Antidepressants didn’t work and now my partner agrees that the depression is probably comorbid with something else like bipolar or ADHD. Too bad this doctor didn’t do his job and actually try to get to the root of the problem. Waste of time when the patient’s family members do more to research someone’s problem than their own doctor does.
