Dr. Sai Mannem, MD

I usually do not leave reviews but this one is special. I visited Dr Mannem end of December for my annual physical. My visit let a lot to be desired as the doctor was not interested in listening in on my problems. Rather she was keen on selling more vaccinations for me to take. I left a review for her on a different portal. Come 02/28, that is two months after the visit, I get a phone call from the doctor telling me she needs to follow up and review the test results as that is mandated by the some kind of law. I hear her out but do not get anything useful beyond what is available on internet. This is when, I already visited a different provider in January and was not looking for this consult. A few weeks later, I get a bill on my phone that I have been charged $200 for the phone consult I did not ask for. Amazing how I am billed for something I did not ask for and something which is not payable by insurance. Avoid this provider and if possible this chain.

My medication had supply problems for half a year and instead of switching to another chemical equivalent, she decided she needed to see me again in the same week I needed to have a biopsy. Avoid this person

Caring, attentive, and detail oriented. I am so glad I was able to get an appointment to see Dr. Mannem. She helped me through my issues and connected me with a specialist. She was very knowledgeable and identified early signs of a potentially severe disorder. Due to her timely diagnosis I was able to take care of my issues before they blew up.

Dr. Mannem has been my primary doctor since 2014. She is kind, listens and takes your medical concerns seriously. I recently found out she is not at Overlake anymore and would love to see her at her new place of practice.

I began seeing Dr. Mannem when wanting to change from a family medicine doctor, to an internal medicine Doctor who was knowledgeable about all the functions of the body and could effectively put various pieces together with various health conditions I have. I was immediately impressed by how adept and quick she was at listening and communicating effectively in identifying the issue at hand. Not only is she skilled technically but she is very personable and caring. She always provides choices and involves the patient in the decisions. My family has chosen her as their PCP as well and very happy about the choice. While her appointment is limited by Overlake, she never misses anything in her limited appointment time frames. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Mannem!!!

The best Dr. I've ever had. Despite the fact that Overlake Clinic over schedules their doctors, she takes the time, is extremely thorough and explains everything so well.

Dr Mannam is always in hurry and she didn't have enough patience to understand my situation. When I went to her with my knee problem due to sports injury, instead of recommending a orthopedist, she only recommended a physical therapy. 2 years later I came to know that I had actually injured my ACL and that caused my knee to be unstable for the past two years and caused a meniscus tear too. Now I had to go in for a full knee surgery for meniscus and ACL repair. If she only had the patience to spend enough time and undrestand my situation I could have avoided a meniscus repair surgery. I now have to spend 2 months bedridden and several months of Pt to be able to run again.

The nurse is very rude!

Dr. Mannem is very knowledgeable, caring, and a great communicator. Dr. Mannem is a good listener and is very prompt and efficient. Dr. Mannem is professional and personable, and is generous with her time.

She has been my physician in the last 2 years and I intend to maintain that relationship. She is very observant, thorough and has a wonderful personality. Her MA, Valentina is also very pleasant.

Dr. Mannem has been my doctor as well as my wife's since August 2014. We both like her very much and highly recommend her. Very personable and nice. Her nurse, Valentina, is also very nice and very helpful. They always seem glad we are there. A++

Dr. Mannem was extremely conscientious and diligent. Her follow up and care are greatly appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.
