Dr. Sai Munjampalli, MD

I have been a patient at this clinic for almost a year. From my first visit and every visit since then he has been very easy to talk with. Very caring. I live several hours away from his office and have had some travel issues at the time of my appointment. He has worked with me on them. Not every Doctor would be willing to work with his patients. But Doctor Munjampalli is that kind of caring Doctor. The rest of the staff is polite, with Lauren doing an Exceptional job. The Doctor rooms are always very clean and pleasant to be in.

I am dealing with substandard pain management and continuous pain. They ask you questions, never actually examine you for your pain problem, there is no doctor there. Then the doctor calls your phone later,, telling you he is sending prescriptions for your pain management. Then, the nurse sends a message to your phone telling you there are 3 prescriptions to pick up. Then you get to the pharmacy, there is only 1 prescription ordered. This is outrageous. The patient is told one thing over their phone and have to spend weeks going back and forth to the pharmacy checking for prescriptions or calling the office and being put on hold, only to find out the scripts were not sent to the pharmacy. There is no one at this clinic who cares about every patient who walks in the door. Period!

Dr.Munjampalli has hands down treated my pain and has the up most respect for his patient's he listens to them that's what makes him a good Dr. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

To many patients..wait times entirely to long. I spent 6 hours for my 2nd appt. Not enough chairs for the patients he has. 2 drs share the same office. Bathroom was nasty and being pain management you have to do drug test and there were no paper towels in there to dry hands with you had to ask receptionist for one..Dr was not knowledgeable about my disease..he also takes patients with a referral from the patients dr thay tell him what is going on with them..he also refers all of his PM patients to his wife who is the same office and who is a sleep doctor and says we need to see her to..they do not answer the phone if you call goes immediately to voice mail and most times they do not call you back this does not promote good dr/patient relationship.

I was having trouble finding proper medications and he worked with me until we got just the right combinations. I was able to reach staff and/or they were prompt in returning my calls and calling in prescriptions. They didn't seem at all bothered by my constant inquiries and concerns and handled it all with grace and patience. I am grateful for their kindess and understanding and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great pain management team!

Started off excellent! Slowly deteriorated to being just like other PM Drs. Even him & PA DENIED MY DOSING PRIOR W/O CHECKING MY FILE while I had emailed pictures of the proof, of an empty bottle of said dosing under HIS name RXd, date, everything on the bottle labeling from the RX! I was overtalked. Patronized. Belittled. Treated less than human many times. Began to be feeling as being a burden to someone that is supposed to help ones like myself. TERMINATED CONTRACT & reinstated for Mary J. Been responding EXCEPTIONALLY in SEVERAL AREAS OF MY HEALTH STATUSES.

I was very reluctant, actually afraid to begin pain management after some horror stories of people becoming addicted to meds. To my surprise and delight Dr Munjampalli listened to my concerns and reassured me that he would never prescribe too much medication to me. It’s been around 6 years now and I can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. He always listens to any issues or questions I have and he is truly a compassionate and concerned doctor. I recommend him to anyone who is suffering with pain. I feel blessed to have found him.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Munjampalli for chronic lower back pain and neuropathy in my feet. He took his time to go over my extensive surgical history and other medical history. Wait time was short and staff was very friendly. My only issue is trying to get someone to actually answer the phone when I try to call. Almost every time I’ve called I’ve had to leave a message regardless of what option I choose. There doesn’t seem to be an option to just speak with a receptionist. Other than that I am extremely happy with my experience with his clinic.

Dr. Munjampalli took the time, at the beginning, to learn all of my issues. Not just what pain I was there for. I told him what was working for me prior to seeing him and he didn't attempt to change it, lower it, or anything. He took me at my word, and now a days, that's simply unheard of. (I did have the proof in my medical history) Dr. Munjampalli, however, leave it at that. He prescribed a "pain regime." Supporting meds to help with my overall condition. During this time, and ever since he has always been so nice and caring to me. Haven't had a single problem. Oh, and the one, single, solitary negative review on here is nuts. He's not that type of man!

Does a great job in explaining every medical question and absolutely trust Dr. Munjampalli's expertise.

Dr. Munjampalli is an extraordinary pain management physician!! He is very caring, listens to concerns and expedient in his treatment! He has a fantastic "bed-side manner" and genuinely is concerned about each and every patient of his! Specializing in Neurology as well as pain care truly makes him a rare find because he not only treats the patient's symptoms but also is aware of the root cause with his expertise in Neurology! ... I can not recommend he or his staff more! Wonderful physician and pleasant, caring office staff in addition!!

This Doctor, is a bully and a joke. My mom went to see him, while she was in pain so bad, she was throwing up. She suffers from autoimmune conditions that cause severe pain. She went to him because with her new insurance, she couldn't see her old doctor. Well she has trouble breathing sometimes due to her autoimmune issues, and cannot breathe very good when she wears a mask. The state law says wear a mask unless you have a medical condition where it is not safe or feasible to wear a mask. BUT out of respect for this Doctors wishes, she wore her mask to her appt, which is detrimental to her condition. Well during this visit, she had pulled her mask off of her face, although she was still wearing it. And the Doctor raised his voice at her, and belittled her, and was very rude, and totally disrespectful. She was crying and very stressed out.. I wasnt allowed to go in, or I probably would have had to get rough with him.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DR. HE IS RUDE, TOTAL JERK, UNPROFESSIONAL!

DR. Manjampalli took his time with me. He was not in and out of the room, he listened to everything that is going on with me, explaining the best possible plan of care for me. I highly recommend him!

Dr Munjampalli, is an exceptional doctor, he listens, he cares, I couldn't ask for better pain management doctor, I've seen one before and he was rude and look down on the patient as if he were better than them or they were just looking for drugs, this doctor is compassionate he will give you options he will talk to you he will listen he makes me feel very special and it's office staff is amazing

I have been a patient of Dr Munjampalli's for a couple years. Each visit, he thoroughly exams my conditions and explains everything that is going on. The fact that he takes the time to examine things thoroughly and discuss things, in detail and blatant terms with me, is so great. He is the best spine doctor I have ever been to.

Love his new office location...very pleasant. Staff is still wonderful, respectful of our needs and professional. Everyone tries to make your appointment as pleasant as possible. Dr. Munjampalli listens attentively to our concerns making necessary changes if needed with options. I highly recommend this Doctor.
