Loganville location. So unprofessional! The staff is all new and you call and they have you on hold for an hour and then they just hang up on you. You go in and the nurse tells you one thing and then you call back and they tell you another thing and yelling at you. And then you make an appointment and you have to wait for two hours to see you and then they call you in and it’s another hour wait to see someone and they are not even busy. And the front desk people are so rude.

Would not recommend. Office staff turnover is high. Different people every month. Rude front office staff. Regularly screw up medication and refills, one time I picked refills up and was prescribed a cancer medication in error. Always a hassle getting refills and they want to schedule every month to drain your insurance, just for refills. Lab results never told to you. Now they have a nurse practioner who fills in for the Dr. and Dr. is NEVER there anymore. Billing is a nightmare.

Arrived 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork for new patient and my appointment was at 9:45 I didn't get taken to a room until 10:40 and wasn't seen until 11 then was out of the office in 15 minutes. I feel like the entire appointment was a waste of time. She was thorough in listening and suggested a referral for two different doctors even though she's supposed to be an internal medicine doctor. I probably won't be going back for anything else.

She seems like a very kind woman, but unfortunately her clinic is very disorganized, I would have to wait 4 or 5 without my medication after appointments because they would fail to send it to the pharmacy.

I would recommend this doctor to anyone, EVERYONE, if you have a medical problem. She treats patients so nicely and she ALWAYS has a smile on. She makes the funniest jokes but when it comes to her patients she is VERY serious and confident. SHe knows exactly what she's doing. She has a VERY good taste in staff because they were very nice and helpful and always had a smile on. Dr. Syed's office is THE BEST!

This is the worst Dr office I've ever visited. They changed their office policy with no notice, regardless of what they say, and now require 6 month check ups instead of annual and a person in the office tried to blame it on insurance - which was incorrect. They clearly just want more visits to get more money. I would never recommend this place.
