Makes going to the doctor pleasant and easy.
This was my third visit, a one year follow up and the entire experience was as great and easy as the last two a year ago. The doctor and support staff make going to the doctor an actual joy.

I was referred to Dr Ismail after a visit to the emergency room in the middle of the night with severe pelvic pain. The ER doctor thought I had diverticulitis but it turned out I had something called Pelvic Congestion Syndrome. It's not something that I had ever heard of and after seeing Dr Ismail he explained to me that you don't see it a lot, but mine was significant enough to show up on a CT scan. On my first visit meeting him at his office at Florida Medical Clinic in Zephyrhills he made me feel comfortable right away and took time to explain my condition to me and what to expect from the coil embolization procedure which he recommended. After that first visit he performed the procedure and I feel much better. I can not say enough kind words about Dr Ismail and his caring staff. I wish all doctors were like him. He's amazing and I would recommend him to anyone!

Keep AWAY from this place!!!! I asked what my providers credentials were and they responded with "he's a provider?" I waited 45 mins wasn't introduced properly to anyone I spoke too and the guy that did the ultrasound copped an attitude because I said I would rather explain my issue to the Dr than twice. Another guy came in with scrubs said his name (can't remember) and rushed me through what was GOING to happen, I didn't apparently get options at all for what I preferred. I still have no idea
