This review is for the medical crew of Dr. Saleh Ismail at Overlake hospital pulmonology. I am 90 years old and went to the doctor a week ago and was prescribed a nebulizer device and a medication for it as well as an oxygen daily monitor. I have spent numerous hours since then calling the medical supply company and Dr. Ismail's office to try to get my order. Dr. Ismails staff assured me that they faxed the order into the medical supply company multiple times. The medical supply company assured me they never received an order. After many days of back and forth like this, I finally learned that the order was never sent because the doctor has not yet signed off on this order, even though he prescribed it over a week ago. When I asked the medical assistant Miranda how to fix this problem, I was told that the doctor has no time and that I can go to a pharmacy or other store and buy the device out of pocket. Because of Dr. Ismail's medical crew, this visit to the doctor was worthless.
