Dr. Ball is very thorough. She truly is dedicated to providing excellent care to her patients. I feel confident and secure in her care. Dr. Ball and her staff go above and beyond. They are awesome.

She takes time to listen and ensures that problems are addressed.

I haven’t seen Dr. Ball in a few years. She kind of scares me, lol. But she won’t lie to you, and I believe she truly wants the best for her patients. Make an appointment with her! She’s knowledgeable, and you won’t regret it!!

I think she cared enough to dig in and tell me what I needed to hear. She took the time to help me make a plan for better health.

I completely trust Dr. Ball with any health concern I may have. She has been my Internist since she came to Willis Knighton. She’s through and explains any issues you may have concerns about. She is very knowledgeable regarding medications. I have no complaints.

Dr. Sally Ball has a good bedside manor. She is thorough and doesn't rush through the exam. She is a good listener. The staff is efficient, friendly and courteous.

Dr Ball was very thourough. She took her time and It was a very good visit. But the hospital must have destroyedrecords because she had to go back and enter in all my dr records. But we went through everything as best we could. Why did the hospital do this? It shows no record of my past health. That doesn’t make sense. Why would the hospital do that? My doctors cannot get a clear picture easily.of their Patient now. Bc their history is gone.

I have been seeing Dr. Sally Ball now for 7 months. I have benefitted by her care a lot in this short period of time. She is direct and to the point but also kind and supportive. She LISTENS. I have been quite overweight my entire adult life. First Dr. Ball told me in no uncertain terms that I had to lose some weight to achieve health. She wasn’t being mean; it was factual. Then she recommended a book, Beck’s Weight Loss Solution. It is written by a psychologist who helps you identify and correct emotional eating. While I went through this workbook, I started on her “Dr. Ball’s Healthy Living” plan. It is a do -and-don’t list of foods and lifestyle instructions. IT IS GENIUS! And so is she. I recommend this doctor hands down. I’d give her 50 stars if that rating was available!

All the help is polite. Dr. Ball is thorough with her questions and repeats to make sure she heard and understood.

Wait time was short. Professional and efficient staff. Dr. Ball is very intelligent, a wonderful doctor, personable and looks out for the best interest of her patients.

How professional and caring she is with her patients. She’s very thorough and kind. I totally trust her with my health.

Friendly staff, clean environment. Wait time is about 30 min. Dr Ball is friendly & asks questions about health concerns, reviews lab results, recommends dietary changes, reviews current meds, recommends vaccines or discusses vaccines not necessary. Efficient & thorough. Would recommend & have recommended Dr Ball to family & friends.
