Dr. Sally Horne, MD

I had a 8:30 appointment and was 2 minutes late her nurse said I had to reschedule my appointment and Dr Horne back in June 2022 said I had conversion disorder which is all in your mind ended up seeing a neurosurgeon and had cervical fusion of my neck,after she said there's nothing wrong.find yourself another doctor That's going to listen to you and wants to help Dr Horne and her staff are just plan rude and unprofessional

Never listens. Always talks over you and to fast. Cannot trust judgement because it changes too often. Tells one thing one time and the opposite the next. Only cares about what she can bill for not what may help patient.

Doctor Horne is a great doctor who cares about her patient. I was just recently diagnosed with MS and she showed great compassion when delivering the news. She took time to explain about MS, the course of treatment and what to expect. She educated me on the medication.

I will say she is caring and spent a lot of time with me at my appointments - but a major swing and a miss on my diagnosis. Said I was stressed out. She did forward me on to Vanderbilt Neurology at my request & they diagnosed me with a rare spinal disease. Hard to get an appointment unless she was your ER doctor like me. If you have any neurologist at this practice, I would urge you to go to Vanderbilt for a second opinion. VU's office staff says they get a lot of unsatisfied Chattanoogans

CONT'D From previous review** the nurse informed me she was in clinicals all week and was answering messages a few at a time. This was her answer everytime I called and left a message. We did find another doctor who is great and his staff is great. I no longer have to wait on refills to be called in, and the nurse is very friendly and prompt. I have so much more to say about Dr. Horne staff but I'm running out of the limited characters. I will just say this nurse has cost this Dr. a patient.
