My Dr. Actually tries to help me get the best care and pushes me to get it done I'm not in the best of health she listens to me and shows actual concern for my well-being

I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Khetpal. She is very pleasant, caring and attentive. Listens to my concerns and never rushes the appt.

My provider is sensitive and listening to my concerns and address and address the issue then. Its a great comfort to know and see actions and results when concerns arise!

I brought in a list of labs my gastroenterologist wanted done on a periodic basis. Dr. Khetpal refused to write a lab order. Dr. Khetpal asked me what job do you do, how much money do you make, how are you going to pay for these labs if I order them? I've never had that experience with a medical provider. I thought medical practice and billing are separate. I have a medical need to have those labs every five years. I ended up walking out when this provider insisted that because I couldn't prove to her how I would pay for the labs, she wouldn't write the orders for labs. My patient records simply states, 'Patient left.' for the visit notes. What sense does that make that a patient would present to the clinic with a packet of information from the GI doctor, and then leave. I left because I could not get what I needed from this provider (labs). CHI Franciscan must accept Apple Health Medicaid, but this provider refused. I was still billed for the unsuccessful office visit.

Lisa from Dr. Khetpal's office called me to set up a second appointment, which was odd because I was just there three days prior and had labs drawn. Lisa said Dr. Khetpal wants another office visit to talk about labs or I could look at my labs on My Chart. My last doctor would just call and tell me if labs were abnormal, and even so he didn't require a second office visit costing me another insurance co-pay. Lisa said things that were factually inaccurate in the voicemail, and that is when I recognized a red flag as a red flag and changed primary care providers. Low rating for difficulty, expense, time off work, inaccurate information, poor communication, rude bedside manner.

Dr. Khetpal is a wonderful Physician. I could not be more pleased. She is professional, kind, knowledgeable and very personable. Dr. Khetpal answered all questions I had and gave me a wonderful physical. She is very thorough, and explained in easy to understand terms. I hope I get to have her as my Doctor for a long time.

She is very good at listening to what I needed.

To me she seemed to have gone beyond and over. She cared and she responded to every question I had.

I would get a follow up after having tests done from other providers, and this provider does not follow up. I am able to leave a message with reception, but what I would really like is to speak with a nurse or doctor. I would like to know if I need to schedule an appointment or not. Calls are not returned in a timely manner, especially medication related calls. When I was in the lobby, an elderly man who'd fallen and hit his head was turned away, and I just feel like medical professionals need more support. I do not get good care from this doctor.

Never saw her. She was just the Dr who renewed my prescriptions after my Dr quit & before I was able to get established with a new one. She wrote different orders which made me short on my meds. It's been a week without them & 10 days trying to get my prescription straight. It wasn't her business to change the script. *And as far as checking this User Agreement, I may not have seen her in person or by Zoom, but her name's on my prescription bottle.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Khetpal for the past several years. I have never once had any issue getting in to see her. She has a great way of relating to patients. She always takes my feedback seriously, interrogates symptoms and test results… very thorough. I’ve never once felt rushed through an office visit.. These other folks have no idea what a good physician looks like. I’ll be sticking with her as my primary care provider.

I am not at all confident that this provider could detect and mange a health problem.

During a physical, I explained my young immediate family member had a heart attack, and that I've never been screened for heart disease, and that I'd like to be screened with an ECG by a doctor. This was ignored, and minimized. There are a lot of conditions where someone with normal blood pressure can have an irregular heart, and if caught early, can be managed to avoid a heart attack. I also asked for a referral in-network, and what I received in the mail was an out-of-network referral that I cannot use.

During my appointment, I Immediately felt as if I was wasting her time by her demeanor. She asked why I was there and not in a way to confirm the reason for my visit but as if my appointment was excessive b/c I had been seen in the last few years. She spoke to me in a condescending tone. When I tried to discuss my concerns, she told me to limit my issues as she said it would be too complicated for her to handle too many. Please note, I waited months to attend this appointment. When I tried to discuss the issues I felt were more urgent, she did not listen, interrupted, and was overall dismissive. She wanted to discuss issues I was not there to discuss. Update: during my visit, I asked that she do a biopsy on my ears as I have a condition that will not heal. She told me that was impossible, prescribed me ear drops that did not offer me long term relief, and I’m still struggling w/ the issue.

Said I had depression but refused to refer me to a specialist. She also gave out my HIPPA info to a non approved person who called in about me. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR
