Dr. Guevara treats his patients with respect and compassion. He listens attentively, showing both empathy and understanding. He takes the time to explain complex medical information in a clear and accessible way, often using visual aids from his computer screen to illustrate key points. His ability to quickly and accurately diagnose issues is impressive. I highly recommend him.

Dr Guevara is very detailed with great bedside manner and very empathetic. He gave us all the most up-to-date information and patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns. I consulted many colorectal surgeons for my hemorrhoids surgery and eventually chose Dr. Guevara. I was very satisfied with my experience. We highly recommend anyone who needs colorectal surgery to see Dr Guevara.

This is my second review I've done for Dr. G, this one after difficult issues regarding a colonoscopy performed by another doc. Dr. Guevara did the follow up and took a look and agreed that there was a reason I was probably in pain due to the cauterization of some radiation damage tissue. I like many things about Dr. G. I like that he has a good sense of humor, I liked it he knows his craft and is extremely knowledgeable. I like the fact that he is never rushed, I like the fact that he is as gentle as can be during the examinations, and, finally, and this may sound trivial the some but it means I did it a lot to me. Every time he's had to do an examination which requires lubricant, he always takes the time to carefully clean the lubricant from the body. I've been dealing with prostate cancer for seven years and I've had more than my share of DRE's etc. He is the only physician that is ever done more than hand me some tissues. This is a good man as well as a good doc.

Can't be bothered to show up for second surgery to remove stitches and drain. Staff leaves voicemail day before surgery moving your surgery 4 hours. My barber is more professional and reliable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Dr Guevara is an awesome surgeon & a great Dr. He is very caring and a good listener. He communicates very well when he has explain procedures & diagnoses. Wonderful bedside manner, good sense of humor & a great team of physicians that work with him.
