If you want the nurses to understand English good luck! Getting ahold of or leaving a message for dr vila is impossible! I live 3 hours away with a serious disease and it's like nobody cares about me or my health! What amazes me in Puerto Rico is the doctors have no nurses, don't do their own lab, have no necessary machines in their offices, it's horrible medical is backward here! Don't come here if your sick!
