Very sad to write this review as I love Dr. Carfagno and his direct medical staff that work along side of him. But unfortunately his front end staff and management are awful. They are rude, disregarding, and discriminatory. Beware of Heather and Karen (I assuming she’s management). Typically management would be in place to make sure their staff are handling clients with care, but this is not the case. If you are able to stomach rude staff, the care of Dr. Carfagno and his direct medical staff are worth it.

Dr. Carfagno took care of me while I was having a baby. I was a bit apprehensive because I saw bad reviews. The only downside of going to him was the wait, but I had a previous OB with my other child who never had any wait but chastised me for asking questions. I listened to a friend of mine who said Dr. Carfagno had great bedside manner. He is so caring and wants to make sure mom and baby get the absolute best care. He seems to always go with the more cautious approach. He answers all questions and does not make you feel dumb for asking them. If something felt off, even if it was a normal pregnancy worry, he would explain and help. I am so glad I decided to go with him because I know it wasn’t just a patient but he seriously cares about each person getting the best care.

I cannot say enough bad things, but unfortunately, I have a character limit. He is a bully and he has terrible bedside manner. DO NOT GO TO HIM.

As per the reviews below, you can of course expect a long wait time for Dr. Carfagno. However, this never particularly bothered me and this is my why: I saw the same OBGYN group for 14 years that had about 17 doctors... when I become pregnant I switched at the recommendation of several trusted friends. The reason why you wait so long is because he takes time with each patient, which is important to me. And reflected in the care I received throughthe birth of my daughter!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. His lack of regard for someone's time superceeds his skills as a doctor. I have two kids. One he delivered. I waited 2 hrs then had to walk out of the office. what annoyed me the most was that food was delivered at lunch time with 7 patients waiting in the waiting room. Additionally it was confirmed that he showed up late so that is why his appointments are behind not him taking extra time with his patients. I highly suggest you do not go here.

I first saw Dr. Carfagno in the ER. I was diagnosed with an ovarian tumor, which turned out to be benign. He is a very caring and concerned physician, and takes the time to really listen to a patient's concerns. I have never experienced this with any previous doctor. His upbeat manner kept me positive leading up to my surgery. The office wait is lengthy because he gives each patient his time. Rather a lengthy wait then a rush out the door.

I would not recommend! He is very nice and personable, however you will wait hours! I am late in my pregnancy and should be seen at least once a week, there have been multiple times I've gone weeks because he had to leave and they didn't have another appointment available. The office is poorly managed. No reguard for the patient's time. I only went to the practice because of Rachel the midwife, but I guess she left midway through my pregnancy and no one even informed me. I am extremely unhappy,

Dr. Carfagno is nice and so is Dr. Rachel. You don't wait too long in the waiting room. The wait time is in the exam room. I normally wait an hour for either one of them to come into the room. One time I actually waited 2 hrs. I have to find another doctor. I wouldn't recommend them.

It was my first time being pregnant so many things during my pregnancy worried me. Rather than giving an explanation or comforting me as to why certain things were happing to my body and my baby my only response every time was "that's what happens when you're pregnant" from Dr. Carfagno. Rachael was extremely hard to understand. She spoke very quickly and quietly. The staff in his Galloway office were not kind either. All in all my experience with them was horrible. Im finding a new doctor.

Dr. Carfagno & Rachel are both great care providers, however since you are seeing single doctor instead of going to a practice, you can sometimes experience longer wait times. Both providers have great bedside manner & answer/address any questions or concerns that you have. The doctor is willing to take calls after hours & on days that the office is closed. He will deliver at either Shore or Mainland & there are two office locations for convenience. Highly recommend this provider!

Dr. Carfagno was very nice and funny he made me feel really comfortable and really put my nerves at ease. He works with a midwife who is a little weird but Carfagno is great. My only complaint being i have had more than one bad experience with the receptionist Nicole at the Absecon office if they get rid of her and her attitude it will be a great place...

Dr Carfango billed my insurance for something he did not do and then stated that he did in fact tell me. But, both my husband and know that he is lying because he never mentioned anything to us.
