Dr Cerniglia was an absolute wonderful pain management doctor. He was through and would not just do procedures to do them. Did tests to see the real problem. He was caring, and empathized with your situation. Was not just going to medicate you, or give you shots and send you on your way. Fantastic doctor. Was with him 11 years. Thank you Dr Sal

I thought Dr Cerneglia was awesome he did a RF ablasion on my neck 6 years ago this month and i got a goid long pain relief run from that procedure i hope he reads these reviews because i want to say thank you Diane Burton from Williamstown NJ now retired in Fla

Dr. Cerniglia denied an epidural to me and I was in an emergency situation with extreme neck pain and had to have the epidural in a Liberty Mutual Insurance claim. The reason given was there was no physical by the physician and I say the physical and I said my pain level was a 10 (top level of extreme pain) and it was actually at 15 out of 1 - 10 grading of pain. C. Rice, Former Chief/ICU Dietitian. This kind of unacceptable rejection of my pain management care and my neck brace-- unfair.
