Dr Florio has performed a series of surgeries on me over the last ten years, including immediate assistance with some ad hoc questions. Doc and his team are outstanding - professional, methodical, and clear. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been abused by dentists since I was 12 so I had extreme anxiety and panic about getting my tooth pulled. I had 4 teeth pulled years earlier and 3 of them the Novocain didn’t work or wore off. I felt everything! When I saw Dr Florio he immediately put me at ease to the point that it brought me to tears. Prior teeth pulls took 3-4 hours (Novocain wore off so 3+ hours of excruciating pain) Dr Florio had this tooth out in less than 3 minutes and I didn’t feel a single thing except the movement… at one point the already broken tooth snapped in half. I could hear it and he immediately comforted me (don’t worry the tooth broke but I have the other piece and… there! It’s all out! He explained exactly what he was doing the entire time! I’ve seen one review that the doctor didn’t explain anything. I promise they’re lying because the whole office is amazing and very empathetic to what you’re going through!

Dr. Florio is amazing, he is kind, gentle and is very caring. I would definitely recommend him. And the staff is wonderful also

I have a severe phobia of ANY dentistry. Dr. Florio is so friendly, calm and reassuring, as are his staff. He is also extremely good at what he does. I don't dread going..everyone goes out of their way to offer support and assistance. As to my procedures I honestly can say I am shocked at how painless and efficiently Dr Florio performs these. He even has called me personally at night to check on me! **I can not recommend highly enough.**

I’m so grateful I was referred to Dr Florio (whom I saw 3 times: for the initial consult, for the actual surgery (with NO intraoperative pain!!) and for the follow up appt. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability but I was amazed at his honest compassion and sensitivity. I’m somewhat afraid of dentists after a couple of mistakes (implant palate puncture, root canal over drilled, dislocated jaw) but I let myself trust Dr Florio to do the surgery. He didn’t let me down. ??

I had all of my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Florio and have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. He is a very kind and sympathetic doctor who takes into account the needs of every patient that comes his way. He asked me if I was okay multiple times throughout the procedure and, based on my feedback, changed up his tactic to make the experience easier for me. Post procedure, he supplied me with verbal and written instructions, extra supplies, and even his personal cell phone number just in case!

horrible experience from the second i walked into his office. before i even said a word to him he talked down to me like i was 3 years old. he had to take out one of my wisdom teeth and he numbed every area on the side of my mouth except for the area he was actually working on. he would not listen to me when i told him i was in pain. he and his assistant stopped and looked at eachother as i sat there crying in pain and i could see an eye roll. i will never go to him again. traumatic experience.

Recently had surgery in my mouth by Dr. Florio. Can't thank him and his staff enough for their caring ways and patience with me. Was impressed that Dr. Florio followed up by calling me the same evening to see how I was feeling. Will definitely return for dental implants with no fear!

Dr florio is amazing! Just had my wisdom teeth out, they were already through the gums so I was in and out of there in record time. Went to sleep so I remember nothing other than how pain-free the IV went in. I'm on day 2 now eating extremely well and not even taking Advil anymore for pain. His staff was great, organized and professional. No wait time. Loved my experience and would recommend to anyone!
