Awful, unprofessional, terrible bedside manner, and cares more about leaving when his shift is over than the best interests of his patients.

Compassionate and extremely thorough. Patiently my diagnosis, answered my questions clearly and completely and gave expert explanations and advice

If Dr. Torbati had an office as a primary care physician, I would choose him to be my physician. I was taken to the Emergency room in an ambulance after inhaling some toxic fumes which caused my heart rate to shoot up to 150 BPM. Dr. Torbati took blood samples and monitored heart, oxygen concentration and blood pressure. After the bloodwork came back, he calmly and clearly shared the information with me and told me that my other vital signs had returned to normal. The only exception was a low sodium level in my blood which he urged my to check later with my primary care provider.

Dr. Torbati is everything a wonderful doctor can be. He took care of my husband at CSMC ER and was a complete gentleman, very intelligent and kind and calm and had a wonderful bedside manner as well as taking the proper tests. He was a doll. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Something interesting, he directed his comments to my husband as well as to me and it was refreshing to be included in their discussion. He is an outstanding clinician and I highly highly recommend him. We felt we were in very good hands. .....like being with an old friend. Thank you Dr. Torbati for taking such good care of us. This doctor is an emergency care provider at Cedars Sinai. His bedside manners are terrible, unempathetic, and revolting. He is ignorant about how deeply he can impact patients and their family members. If I could give a zero, I would have.
