I've never felt so involved in my care plan. She listens to what I have to say and gives honest feedback and options in a caring way. I'm so grateful for Dr. Cloutier.

I found Dr Cloutier to be a great listener. When arriving she listened to my complaint- asking me many questions, and suspected what was going wrong. Just a few tests had to be performed and she was able to get a diagnosis. I am feeling so much better all because she both listened to me, asked questions and ordered the right tests.After hours MyChart messages are responded to quickly, which is also a plus.I highly recommend her for a person that wants to feel better.

Went to see Dr. Cloutier for an annual check up/ immunizations for my son and I planned on seeing her as well. The office was empty (no cars outside nothing) and we waited more than a hour to be seen. Dr. Cloutier showed "I am better than you" type of attitude towards us throughout the visit. Another issue was that instead of billing the visit as an annual check up visit and having our insurance cover it at 100% she changed the visit to a regular visit so now we owe $166 because of one diagnosis that should have been covered under preventive care. I called the office and spoke to the office manager. She said that the doctor would not amend the office note and did nothing to help at all. Never had any issues like this before with any other doctor/ health system. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. CLOUTIER. Office seemed clean but it smelled really funky.

Dr. Cloutier came highly recommended and I see why! She genuinely cares about finding a long term solution rather than just providing a bandaid fix. She pays attention to the small details and is a true advocate for your overall health and well-being.

First off, her staff is so nice and helpful. Even the lady on the phone who made the appointment was such a sweetheart. She answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood all her recommendations. She tells you like it is which I really appreciate. I don’t think in all my years have I ever had a doctor care about me like she does.

At first, I really really liked her compared to my old PCP. But the longer you are with her, the less she cares. I had to question her in order to get a diagnosis, when I asked for her to test for thyroid antibodies she said "no. your tsh was normal so there is no need." I responded by telling her that the reason we even knew my diagnosis was because of my antibodies. she responded with no again. It is to the point where i am SCARED to even ask her what is wrong with me. That shows how bad she is. I am scared to even try talking about my health conditions and new symptoms that appear. Just please go somewhere else if you want to feel like the doctor cares about you.

I was so impressed with Dr. Cloutier’s intelligence and willingness to be a true partner in my healthcare. She actually took the time to think, really think, about my case. She is exactly the kind of physician I was looking for.

Dr. Cloutier is our #1 doctor. She takes care of all the medical needs of my family. She goes above and beyond to listen to concerns and recommend/prescribe treatment. My mother is elderly and requires a lot of care. Dr. Cloutier has coordinated her care for some time, and it gives us both a peace of mind. We could not be happier to have her in our corner.

I had my first visit with Dr Cloutier a few months ago after deciding I needed to switch my PCP. Dr Cloutier really listened to me and spent time a long time going over my past medical history and current issues I was having. She really cares about her patients and I feel lucky to be on of them!
