If I could give zero stars I would. I had the most disrespectful and painful (physical & emotional) service I've ever received from a healthcare provider.I'll save the gory details, but if you love and care about your body and health, DO NOT go to this 'doctor'. A few years ago, she incorrectly inserted my IUD and thereafter broke it. After the excruciatingly painful insertion (no local anesthetic) I came back to let her know my partner could feel it during intimacy, she dismissed and snubbed me, and used her FINGERS to push it into place. Not sure how if it's 'impossible' for my partner to feel it, how would her FINGERS be able to do the trick?When my partner continued to feel it on occasion, I finally went to my new OBGYN who was shocked when she saw my IUD was jammed into my cervix. In her words, 'it's a miracle, there's been no pregnancies'. I had to go into surgery ASAP to get removed. Makes me sick to know she is practicing medicine and performing such invasive procedures

She has helped me thru three pregnancies. She’s been patient with me and supported my attempted VBAC. She got new staff at some point in the last 5 years, and it is a big improvement. They are great now. It’s a very casual experience but that’s a pro for me, still very professional.

Dr Han has been my wife's OB since 2003. She delivered our son back then and just recently she had to undergo a hysterectomy to remove a huge fibroid. My wife initially switched OBs since we moved to west valley and Dr Han moved to Glendale. After only a few visits with the new OB she decided she's ok to drive farther and go back to Dr Han. I see all the bad reviews and I respect that. There are times where you do get delayed being seen but let's be real.. That happens in every practice. What my wife does is come prepared with her questions beforehand. If you don't have further questions she will move on to the next patient. We always had a great experience during our visits! Special mention to Suzy. She's always been amazing and professional with our insurance questions. She made sure everything was lined up before the procedure so all we need to do is show up.

Went to Dr Han with my daughter and her first young pregnancy with some complications and Dr Han was always supportive and helpful always answer all of our questions there in ER when we needed her love her.

The office staff is terrible, unfriendly, and dismissive. When I made the appointment I asked if there were special instructions for parking, they said no. You park in a multi-level structure in between the building where her office is located and the hospital. It is not clear what floor to get off on from the elevator because you need to walk across a bridge to get to her building. Very frustrating, made me late, which causes stress. She did a quick exam, said I needed a major procedure then proceeded to walk out! I was in shock. I asked her to please repeat back to me what she said but more slowly and I asked for what the next steps should be. I was dumbfounded by her lack of explanation. With so many other good doctors in the area, don't waste your time with this one. (I'm submitting this review 2x because I don't see the first one I posted.)

I’ve gone to Dr. Han for over 20 years. She’s wonderful in every way. I’ve tried other doctors and I always come back to Dr. Han especially for a second opinion.

Excellent doctor. I have been her patient for over 10 years and I trust her medical care for me. She listens to all my questions and concerns and answers all those questions and concerns. I feel confident I am in good hands.

I was referred to Dr Han by another doctor because I was pregnant with twins. After seeing her initial rating I almost didn’t go but my husband convinced me to judge for myself. I am glad I did. She is excellent! Dr. Han was rarely late for appointments and delivered my twins safely despite complications. Ps. She doesn’t talk much so don’t expect lengthy conversations.

Consistently hurried, rushed and overbooked. I have had to chase this doctor into the hall to get her to answer my questions after rushing out of my appt. Her staff is disorganized and rude. Earlier this month they failed to fax a prescription; I had to leave five different voicemails, all unanswered, and once I finally reached a human they refused to fix the issue or even apologize. Planned parenthood stepped up where this office did not, and I will never be back.

She is a bit inpersonal and can make your visits feel rushed as someone else on here mentioned. But as long as you go in there with a plan to ask her quetions, and make your concerns, wants and needs known she will listen, advice and prescribe. I guess because I'm a nursing student I know how to speak up for myself and verbalize what I need from her, it's a bit easier, but I've had worse doctors, she's friendly and checks everything she needs to check when you are there. Speak up ladies!

Although I don't doubt that she is knowledgeable in gynecology, she has severely poor bedside manor and follow up with patients. I came in with ovarian cysts and with many questions about having to take birth control for my condition and she dismissed my questions, did not tell me how to take the medication, and didn't even excuse herself when she walked out the room. She spent 5 minutes with me and left me with questions I had to ask my primary care provider! Absolutely would not recommend.

Entire staff is completely impersonal. I did not feel welcome, my appointment was rushed, and my questions were not thoroughly answered. I will not be returning.

The best doctor! She delivered my baby girl healthy and safe because she's a true profesionist, knowing her job perfectly. She'll be the doctor of my future babies too. And I don"t understand people who write so negative reviews only just because they were waiting plus 10 min for doctor!!!! It's absurd! Just trust her because she knows what she's doing!!!

I don't doubt Dr. Hann is knowledgeable but her bed side manner needs work. She is very rushed and I leave feeling like I didn't get a chance to ask her all the questions I needed to and that the questions I did ask were answered very quickly. I had a biopsy done on my cervix, incredibly painful. I did not feel she was delicate about it at all and made me feel stupid when my legs literally collapsed because of the pain. I had to chase down my lab results and now chasing my biopsy results.

This place is horrible. Dishonest and stupid. Actually told us after weeks of waiting for an IUD that THEY DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE. What???!!! This is after we've spent hours on the phone between the insurance company and the office explaining we don't need referrals to go there.

She has absolutely no follow up with her patients. She diagnosed me with a fibroid tumor. Told me I would need a hysterectomy. Told me back pain and incontinence was because my uterus was tilted and my tumor was pressing on my bladder. After the biopsy came back normal she told me thru her assistant to go to a back specialist and a urologist. In the mean time I have left a message for 5 days for her to give me a referral. I'm still waiting. I'm in a lot of pain....
