I waited in a gown in the exam room over 30 minutes. My appointment was 11:15am. Dr did not enter room until 11:55. I believe the appointments are overbooked. This particular office always seems to be a long wait. Not an issue at the Forest office but difficult to get an appointment at that office

Excellent care every time!
I have always had a great experience at Dr. Hill’s office (Ridgeview Dermatology). Dr. Hill comes across as being quite affable in addition to being thoroughly knowledgeable of her craft. She has always taken the time needed to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have in a way that I can understand. I have never left a visit with her feeling like there are any unresolved issues. The staff at Ridgeview are also quite friendly and helpful. Overall, I consistently have great experiences there and will continue to seek care with Dr. Hill at Ridgeview for all of my dermatologic needs.

The Best of the Best
I am blessed to find a doctor with whom I have confidence in her decisions regarding my dermatology needs. I don’t always like what she says because sometimes the treatments are not easy. But, I’ve found out she is always right. When I’ve chosen easy, I have found the harder way (her way) was the better choice. She not only makes the right choice, but her personality radiates her caring. I always feel I’m special! That’s hard to find in a doctor’s office today! I would go no place else!

Highly.
From the moment Dr. Hill entered the room her professional persona was very noticeable. She looked at my back and immediately said what was wrong, and proceeded to perform the necessary treatment. Each step of her work, I was informed about what she was doing. I was bandaged and given another appointment along with a prescription to take until I returned.
