Dr. Maplethorpe has cancelled appointments with me twice. Today?s appointment wasn?t even in their system, although their online patient portal showed a confirmed appointment & allowed me to complete the check-in process online. When I arrived, I was informed that the doctor is out today & all of the patients that had confirmed appointments were notified yesterday via phone. When you can get in, she's great, but this is no use to me when I can't get an appointment! There are long wait times too.
