App Scheduling
I had a family relative that sees Dr. Patel, and that has been having a lot of trouble with a certain health condition that they see him for. While calling to try and get an appointment, the receptionist nurse took the call was extremely rude and hurtful towards my family member in a time where they are already facing so much. This was definitely uncalled for and not okay. Hopefully whoever took the call from them maybe just had a bad day, and that's understandable, however that is no excuse to take it out on someone else.

Dr Patel is extremely knowledgeable and equally caring. He has an amazing bedside manner and I would recommend him to anyone including family. I feel completely safe under his care.
