Unfortunately Hurried and Scattered
After being highly recommended by multiple folks, was looking forward to seeing Dr. Borcher's for a suspicious spot - having had skin cancer in the past and know about needed vigilance. After waiting more than 20 minutes for the doctor (at her 1st appointment of the day - was she late??) she questioned me on WHY I would choose a doctor in Cincinnati instead of Dayton in the past (what difference did that make to my care? And we would go to her again but she retired) There was no respect for me sitting basically naked - just in underwear with a thin cloth over my lap. After the overall exam, She and her 2 assistants (or colleagues) had to reminder her about the REASON I came: a new suspicious spot on my face. That I told to the person that did my intake. After almost missing the spot, now she wants to do a biopsy - but on ANOTHER visit - not the visit I made specifically to look at THIS. I'll find someone else to do the biopsy and potential MOHS surgery .

My dad.
My dad went to Dr. Borchers for a number of years. Always came home looking like he had been in a fight. Had to return the next day for uncontrollable bleeding and sores on numerous occasions. So glad he stopped using her.

Monitors closely
I had a difficult time with the continuation of an adult onset of acne lasting several years. After multiple nonaggressive treatments had failed, Dr. Borchers presented the option of Accutane. She monitored me closely throughout the process and I have had clear skin ever since. I am thankful for her persistence and friendly demeanor as we tackled this problem.

I would not recommend Dr. Borchers, saw me for 2 minutes about a rash on my face that turned out to be Eczema. Right away she went right to cortisone shot! I said no thank you- googled it when I got home and figured out what to do and what triggers it. and within a month my face was cleared up.. That was 4 years ago and I do not ever have severe eczema!
