I first met Dr Sam while I was hospitalized and was so impressed with his compassion and his ability to put me at ease and also, his wonderful sense of humor. A year later when I heard he was going to work at the clinic, I knew at that moment that this was the Dr I wanted for my primary care. He is now my primary Dr and I couldn't be happier. He genuinely cares about his patients. He figured out my meds, getting me down to the bare minimum which made a drastic change for me. He is my forever Dr

I know Sam and how he treats his patients. He is very attentive, and personally committed to each one. He even takes patients to their homes if they can't afford a ride. His competence is unquestioned, and devotion unapproachable. He knows when to keep a patient, but never too proud to call a specialist, or send a patient to larger facilities if needed.
