Dr. Samuel Bailey, MD

I was referred to Dr Bailey via my primary care Dr and had no idea what I was about to experience at this appt. He made me feel heard, was gentle at removing wax in my ear that was impacted without any pain, prescribed meds to help my ear to heal, etc. I just found him very likable, friendly, and knowledgeable and he explained what he was doing. It's probably the first time I've ever been taken back to see the Dr. within 3-5 minutes of arriving. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend.

I think with any doctor there needs to be somewhat of a connection, a feeling that your medical concerns are being addressed in a practical yet compassionate way. Dr Bailey always goes above and beyond to remedy any medical concerns in the calmest and most professional way. He’s a keeper!

I took a straw vote on nextdoor.com for a good ENT and Dr. Sam Bailey came up more than once. I can see why. He's friendly, thorough, does a great job evaluating the issue and offering a solution, as well other options if any problems persist. I could not be more pleased.

Check in is always easy and the staff is always friendly. They answer any questions I have and are very helpful. Dr. Bailey has a great personality and is very open and honest about things. He takes his time and is very thorough.

Wonderful care...resolved years of sinus issues in a very thoughtful and kind manor. Office is professional and helpful. Serious surgery with very excellent results. Explains everything so few surprises in treatment plan. Very kind!

Dr Bailey does listen and effectively communicates with patients to understand exactly the signs and symptoms. Spends adequate time to fully evaluate the problem and explains the purpose of further testing and treatment. He has never been rushed during appointments. He is a great doctor, easy to understand

I have been a patient of theirs for several years and they are very knowledgeable and always take the time to explain procedures, discuss options, and answer questions. After years of sinus issues, the Heavens parted & Dr. BAILEY did Endoscopic Septoplasty yesterday. It was a mess in my sinuses but he took care of all of it. I already feel better! The day after & I am not bleeding at all! He is wonderful!

Dr was thorough, listened to my convoluted history and gave me the option to accept a trans nasal scope procedure or not and was kind enough to ask the staff to look up the cost for me. He also asked me if I had any questions for him. He took the time to explain the process of weaning off of a medication than the prescribing GI doctor did.

Dr. Bailey not only solves several medical issues I was having which drastically improved my quality of life. He also was incredibly caring and kind.

I went in to simply have my ears examined as I have crackling in one ear and I get reoccurring infections. 1. Run through a series of tests I did not need (so you know they are running up the bill) 2. Doctor would not listen to my symptoms 3. Took a 'culture' of my ears and ZERO - absolutely no follow-up from the office on the test results (NOT EVEN A SIMPLE phone call) 4. I got a horrible ear infection after the culture (EVEN though I warned the doctor that I knew this would happen - I was sick within 24 hours) 5. Asked to get an emergency appointment - no dice I would strongly urge you to consider an office that cares and engages the customer - not just putting words on their website: effective medical care is built on a foundation of communication... I had a follow up appointment today with Dr Bailey. My appointment was switched from Monday to Fri.I feel it might be the reason it was such a strange appointment. Dr. Bailey did not seem to remember my initial appointment at all. He did not remember why I came to see him, he didn't remember he told me to see a pulmonary Dr. and he did not remember that I had been having attacks of pain from my back to my ears and jaws. I don't expect a Dr to remember every patient but most keep records.

DR Bailey is a kind and thorough doctor. Yes the wait was long but very worth it. I feel he took all the time to listen to my issues and explain all medical options back to me and answered all my questions. I have a better understanding of the little than longer wait after I saw him knowing he was probably as thorough with other patients before me as well.
