His concern was for what's best for me right now. Frankly, it was a welcome relief to try some medications to alleviate the problem, rather than resort to surgery at this point. He was very personable and exuded confidence and concern.

Better eyes
I had surgery on both eyes and I am impressed with the way I was treated and the results were very good. Doctor Beckstead is a great eye surgeon. I would recommend him to my friends .

Such a matter of fact doctor.
This was our first time meeting Dr. Beckstead and his staff. Everyone was very friendly as soon as you walked in the door. The Dr came in - did the exam - and knew exactly what needed to be done. You felt very confident in what he was telling us.

First visit!
My first appointment with Dr. Beckstead. I had the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had (75 yo). Dr. Beckstead took time to explain the results and answer my questions without making me feel rushed or leaving with unanswered questions. He has a very efficient office and a well trained staff who were all very helpful. My future includes cataract surgery at some point and I feel like I will be in very competent hands when that occurs. Dr. Beckstead did my wife's cataract surgery and she was very happy with the care and results she received.
