Dr. Samuel Beran, MD

After having done a very bad surgery. One of my implants is leaking. I’ve called him repetitively at least 10 times and left messages for him to return my calls and doesn’t do it. I would not recommend him to anybody.

I had a follow up with Dr. Beran scheduled for March 23 @ 10am. I had a growth removed from my face previously. I showed up at 10:10 am because of confusion, by me, as to the correct office room number. Upon arrival, reception tells me he had just left. There was an emergency. They never tried calling me to let me know he had left. I asked why ? They had no response. Blank looks. I could have told them I was in the building already! This was very inconsiderate and disrespectful to me. A doctor keeps you waiting forever in the exam rooms all the time. I guess Beran's time is more important than mine! And the work wasn't that great either. I now have a lumpy scar where the growth was. Stay AWAY.

On May 16th, I had Botox with Dr. Samuel Beran. I was tired and unhappy with the increasing appearance of my wrinkles, so I went online to find a doctor in my area. I really liked the staff at Dr. Beran’s office, especially the front desk girls. Dr. Beran is also incredibly sweet and kind. I did not have a consultation anyplace else. Dr. Beran performed a procedure on me and he and his staff were very professional and patient in both answering my questions and making the process go smoothly. From the time I first met Dr. Beran it was clear to me that he is smart, experienced and talented. Almost more importantly, he has an excellent way of communicating with his patients and putting them at ease. His staff made the scheduling and preparation for the surgery easy and they were all very nice the day of the surgery.

My experience with Sam Beran was most unsatisfactory; in fact, his incompetence, lack of caring, and ineptness caused me to have almost a dozen unnecessary and painful operations as well as losing my most valued career. His work incited several infections and strokes which took years of further operations and recovery. USE THIS DR SOLELY AT YOUR OWN PERIL!! He is totally incompetent!!
