Dr. Samuel Fawaz, MD

I wish i had found Dr. Fawaz sooner! Finally i found a primary care doctor who listens and understands what i need instead of just ordering tests and pushing pills. Dr. Fawaz was punctual, attentive and followed up in every way possible. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I will give 6 stars!

On time, quality care. Referred me and also my husband to appropriate specialists who were exactly right w a serious cardiac finding. Thank you Dr Fawaz for patient, understanding listing abd correct diagnostic tests. Best dr ever!

He is a very arrogant doctor. He was treating me for high blood pressure. My pressure was not going down. He blamed me for it. After that I decided to see someone else. Very unprofessional. He came highly recommended by a family member. So much for that. His office and nursing staff are great.

To those complaining in 2020, Dr. Fawaz has not seen patients in this practice in 18 months. You ,ay want to check your provider

I went for a visit to refill a prescription for obsessive compulsive disorder, since my usual provider wasn't available. During the visit, he bumped a trash can out of its place, saying, "You have OCD...so does that bother you?" and laughed. Later, he said "So I'll give you a 90 day prescription...or should I do 89?" in reference to the "off" number somehow bothering me (as if it's as simple as that). Am I deeply wounded or scarred or traumatized somehow by his comments? No. But as a training physician, I cannot tell you how inappropriate making fun of a patient about their mental disorder- let alone ANY patient- is. His online presence is highly unprofessional as well. As a member of the medical community, I would be appalled to see any of my colleagues exhibit the kind of interaction I had with him as a patient.

They are supposed to be at lunch from 12-1. It's after 1:17 pm and no answer.

Each time I go to see Dr. Fawaz, I enjoy my visit. The doctor is down to earth and has an upbeat positive attitude. I appreciate that I don't feel rushed and am able to get my concerns heard and answered.

Great doctor that won’t simply give you drugs for symptoms, but will treat the underlying issue. The office location is extremely convenient.

Dr. Fawaz and his staff are wonderful!! Dr. Fawaz always takes the time to explain every test and every diagnosis. He is always available for emergencies. He really cares about my family and our health.

Dr Fawaz is impressive, extremely proficient, and very personable. My Dad and I both have treated with this doctor, and I highly recommend him as the best primary care physician. Dr Fawaz is very patient and does a thorough examination. He listens to your medical concerns, and always explains his medical treatment plan in a way that is understandable and logical. This doctor often cites medical journals, which makes me feel comfortable that he is tune with modern medicine. Truly exceptional.

I went here based off the reviews, location, and ease of scheduling. However, I was greatly disappointed. Apparently I hadn't been suffering long enough for the doctor to feel I should have an antibiotic, but he didn't even check me out. No listening to my lungs, no looking at my throat, checking ears, nothing. He just sat across the room asking if I had anything else to say and I could get something in week. So yes I suffered for week plus. What a waste, I'd rather go to urgent care.

Very thoughtful office and doctor. All the way from setting up my appointment to the experince in the office. The staff was very helpful and polite. Very clean office as well which is a major perk. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for a family setting. And for for doctors who care about you as a whole person.

His assessment was quick and when his management didn't work, I called the answering service 4x and they paged him 4x and he NEVER responded. Will definitely be looking for another primary.

I had two appointments with him and both were a total waste of time. He did nothing!!!! He does not return phone calls, he does not follow up with any patient concerns. He will shop you to another doctor who does not have appointments for 3 months out, when you call back his office hangs up on you. Never go to this doctor. He does not provide any treatment in his office nor is concerned if you live or die!

As a patent of Dr.Samuel Fawaz for over 11years I find him to be an outstanding and thorough physician. No matter how minor or major my issue may be he always finds time to put me at ease as he finds a solution to the problem. If it is not in his area of expertise he knows which Doctor to refer me to. His office is clean and his staff is efficient, friendly and eager to assist. Your MD is one of the most important people in your life, and I trust Dr. Fawaz with mine.
