Dr. Samuel Nurko tudo bem?

promise me do NOT see this doctor. He seems like an amazing doctor and person from that movie everyone has seen but I promise it’s not true. This man has put me in situations I should have never been in. He invalidates his patients like no other. I have spoken to many other people who have been his patients and he has done the same mistreatment to all of us. He has messed up my records forever and I am suffering to get help because of this! he didn’t just make me suffer physically he forever hurt my mental health. i am at my lowest of low because of NURKO. please trust me when I say do not see him. he is not the miracle doctor he portrays himself as. he ruins his patients. he doesn’t listen to them or the parents. please save yourself both physically and mentally. i wish i never went to him.

So glad to hear that Dr. Nurko has been helpful to others, but that was not our experience. If you've compiled a list of GI experts throughout the country, make sure you choose someone else for your child.

In the first visit, he figured out how to get her better. We saw him after 4 other gastroenterologists either couldn't help or gave the incorrect diagnosis and treatment. She was significantly better 4 days after the medication he gave her at the first appointment. He has more plans for her treatment but this is the best she has felt in 2 years.

All the physicians here have great knowledge and personality however their goal of "treating symptoms, not trying to find the cause" is causing a lot of harm to kids. They will give meds after meds that create a vicious cycle of diarrhea and constipation and more issues in the GI without even testing for simple causes with non invasive testing. I finally took my child to another big hospital in the area where they did a lot of testing and found food intolerances and allergies which got solved.

After seeing 3 different gastroenterologist in two different cities we finally got answers for the pain my Granddaughter was in. The experience at Boston Children's Hospital with Dr Nurko and his entire team was awesome. We were treated with compassion and respect and my 6 year old Granddaughter with care and love. I would recommend a trip to Boston if you are not getting answers elsewhere.
