I read previous reviews and had to double check to see if I had right doctor. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Rosenbaum for over a year and we have never, ever experienced what the two low rating state. He spends time, explains procedures, and office staff has always been prompt and no issues. The new hires are a bit slower and ask questions to their mentors but that is to be expected.

Run
Dr. Rosenbaum does not have good patient etiquette. I saw him twice and in the 3 hours between two visits I spoke with him for 5 minutes. It’s clear he’s taking on too many patients and when he does come in he’s very short and doesn’t give you any reassurance. The office staff seems unorganized and doesn’t make the patients experience seamless. If you’re referred to him please do yourself a favor and run.
