Very Unfortunate
So this would be Surgery 2 with Dr St Clair. No Issues with surgery 1 was excited to not have to worry what to expect. Well Completely different dr. His support staff is amazing because without it he can't navigate an MRI. He seemed concerned about symptoms I have in addition to my neck issue and I'm not sure why. Became upset because he thought I was recording him because I had my phone out when I was showing his PA Reports and sending them messages like they asked. When I look back now I see this was the turning point...He thought I was recording him. The appointment basically ended after that. I got no answer and no call for weeks. My appointment disappeared from the portal. Must be a glitch right.. called his assistant nothing... Not until I called the Practice administrator they told me to seek treatment elsewhere and my notes appeared and someone called. I have been recommended for surgery twice over since it's a shame he is more concerned with a phone than patient.

This man is a genius. I had severe pain for 5 weeks . I saw many doctors and in less than a week Dr. Sinclair figured it out and had me in surgery. He changed the quality of my life. At 53 with 4 kids he sympathized and knew importance of getting back to my active routine . I will never be able to thank him enough. Shannon his amazing nurse is genuine , listens, and caring . If you need a surgeon you are crazy not to go to this phenomenal team.

Doesn’t allow a zero rating. Giving a 1 ?? implies that they got something right. Wait times in office are ridiculous. Wait time after getting in an exam room is ridiculous. Front desk staff are nice, but they are not treating the patients. St.Clair’s “gopher” has a arrogant personality matched by his. He actually referenced her in a negative tone when he came in the room by saying, “ I see you’ve met my _____” Nothing cute or funny about disrespecting your staff or being arrogant. Should have listened to the hospital staff & requested another Dr.

Actually went to three top Neurosurgeons about the problem I was having which was severe pain in my arm due to my Neck, This Doctor actually listened and took the time to explain every question that I had, I only have one neck And I didn’t want anybody to screw that up. The outcome was Excellent. Dr Samuel St.Clair Has a great reputation And Definitely understand why.

Impersonal, inattentive, poor listener, sloppy, messy with food on clothes, didn't wash hands, rude, false reporting, ill-prepared, did not provide clear, concise information. Literally one of the worse experiences with a health care provider in all of my years.

I had cervical spine surgery on c3,4,5,&6 by Dr. St. Clair in 2009 with excellent results. Therefore, when I started having extreme hip pain, I went to see him once again. Recently, he did a lumbar decompression on L4, L5, & S1. Again, I had excellent results. Dr. St. Clair explains your condition in terms easily understood. I have recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do so.

12 years ago Dr St Clair performed back surgery! Great care! Now 12 years later I am visiting the doctor for neck problems. I drive 2 hours to visit the doctor. It is well worth the trip. So glad to see he is still practicing.

I was struck by the doctor's arrogance and lack of clinical skills. He couldn't even be bothered taking a patient history.

He met with me at 6:30pm and didn't walk out of the office until 7:15pm. He thoroughly reviewed my MRI and spelled it out in plain English. As a nurse, I meet with doctors of all types daily, and I've never met one who seems to care as much as he does. Patients in the waiting room were raving about how fabulous he is, which put me immediately at ease. He is wonderful, and I'm so thankful that I was recommended to him. Surgery next week- fingers crossed!!

Dr. St. Clair assisted with my spinal fusion of L5-S1. He & his staff were professional and very friendly. I met him just before my surgery and he explained my MRI scans in terms of what is considered within normal limits and what he saw on mine very thoroughly ; more thoroughly than even my spinal surgeon whom I had been seeing for three years. I had actually been seeing doctors at my spinal surgeons office for five years and he was far more thorough than anyone else. Highly recommend!

Experience was very good. All staff was awesome. PA was over the top awesome!!!!!!! Had two surgeries. Dr. St. Claire recommended I have disc fusion. Surgeon he recommended did not give me much hope he could reduce my pain. Wish Dr. St. Claire did the surgery I needed. He told me he only assisted. Finally went to Wake Orthodox to Dr. Deol. Had two surgeries. Disc fusion lower back and they found scholeosis mid back. Have lots of rods. Dr. St. Claire and staff are awesome! Felice Ryals.
