I got a very bad impression today when I visited the office for the first time. I am sure the doctor has no idea how terrible staff he has in the front desk. I was treated very rudely when I first stepped in the office. I Entered the office and greeted. The receptionist instead asked me to step outside rudely, I was kind of shocked but I did, she went outside to take my temperature when she could’ve done it inside being myself the only person in the lobby, I also heard her answering the phone and putting the caller on hold because she was chatting with another two girls that work in the office in Spanish about personal stuff, I speak Spanish and I understood. Very unprofessional, it gave me a very bad impression, I had to walk away, I canceled my visit, I’m sure he is a great doctor, he just has really bad staff.

In a short summary: You cannot find a better family doctor anywhere. This is the first time I have seen him. He is very cost conscience. There are a lot of things that he did not think I need to do as often as I have thought because I am still young. He spent almost half hour with me, which I thought was very rare for doctors these days. I also didn't have a wait for long after my scheduled time. If you're looking for a primary care physician, he's your guy!

In the past, I've had physicians misdiagnose my ailments and prescribe unnecessary treatments based on the experiences of their previous patients or their own hunch. News flash to them, I'm not one of their previous patients. Dr. Wu is definitely one the dying breed of doctors, that actually cares for his patient's well- being and health. He addresses all of my concerns and answers any questions I have in a polite and sincere manner. I sleep soundly knowing that he is looking out for me.

Great, caring doctor. He is one of the very few doctors out there that actually spends time listening to your problems and giving actual advice. Wait time can get pretty long if you don't call in ahead. Otherwise, with an appointment..the wait is about 5-10 minutes. The staff is very friendly as well. I come in all the time due to my bad allergies, skin allergy to food allergy to even seasonal allergy. He is always patient with me and makes a typical doctors visit less miserable.
