Dr. Sana Mohsin, DO

I was admitted to Christ hospital on 8-17-2020 for dehydration at about 10:30 pm. I have a tendency to pass out when I become dehydrated. My mother passed on the same day between 6 pm and 6:30 pm. Dr. Mohsin put on anxiety and depression medication. This medication affected my entire body. I was extremely exhausted. I had trouble sleeping. I began hallucinating. I could not keep still. I did not feel like my normal self. I was discharged on 8-26-2020. My discharge papers had me to continue all medication. I was given 21 pills for anxiety and 30 pills for depression. I felt horrible on my discharge at home. I was taken to another hospital, but I was not admitted. On Sunday, August 30 at 1:30 a.m., I called 911 to be taken to the nearest hospital. I was admitted until 9-3-2020. I made the decision to stop taken all medication on 9-2-2020. It has been over 20 days since I have taken these two medications and I am feeling more like my normal self, but not completely. Covid19 was p. now neg

Was a hospitalist taking care of my family member at Christ hospital. Had ZERO empathy. Attempted to refuse vital care if we didn’t agree to a soon discharge of my family member. Documented conversations inaccurately. Very unpleasant. Would not trust or recommend this “doctor”
