Dr. Sanaz Hamidi, MD

I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sanaz Hamidi at the Mission Viejo Emergency Room. Her professionalism, compassion, and calm presence made a world of difference during a very stressful time. She took the time to explain everything clearly, listened with genuine care, and made me feel seen and supported throughout the entire visit. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care I received—thank you, Dr. Hamidi, for your dedication and kindness.

I took my mother to the emergency room due to high blood pressure. Upon admission, her blood pressure was recorded as 198 102, accompanied by symptoms such as headache, nausea, numbness, shoulder pain, blurry vision, and shoulder pain.A CT scan was immediately performed, and my mother was subsequently sent to the lobby to await further tests. An intravenous line was NEVER administered, even though an arm port was inserted, which caused significant discomfort for the entire night.At 1:30 AM, her blood pressure spiked to 235 102. A nurse arrived with discharge papers and informed us to leave the hospital. I demanded to speak to the doctor and she said my mom was fine. I am not a doctor, I knew the blood pressure was HIGH. I called my friend who is an MD and asked for advice. He advised me not to leave; after staff heard this interaction my mother was finally given medication. If not for my friend, I worry what could happen

I just returned from the ER. She was horrible. A portion of my earlobe was bitten off by a dag. She entered the room and did not clean the wound until 2 hours later, when I insisted it be cleaned. She disappeared for 2 hours. Complete incompetence human. I would not allow her to care for my worst enemy.

Absolutely unapproachable disrespectful woman that doesn’t care for her patients at all. Will never allow her to treat me again.
