CARING
Dr. Win gives her all to her patients, she cares, follows up even when she hasn't even ordered the tests. If your under antibiotics she will call you a few days later and check up on you to make sure the medication is working. Its sad to see a lot of ungrateful, advantange taking patients trying to ruin her reputation when they dont get what they want. Dont be fooled, it's rare to find a Dr like her.

My husband and I have been looking for a PCP that we like for a very long time. We met Dr. Win about 2 weeks ago. I went for a follow up visit yesterday. She is very knowledgeable, but she checks references all the time during the visit to confirm information. They have a very good system for following up patients. She does not order unnecessary tests. She took care of all the important things, and all my concerns. She checks indications/side effects of meds and is very careful. She gets her own history, and documents everything but she talks to the patient and checks. She made me rest before taking my BP. The most important thing though is: she cares about all the patients. Now we have a PCP, and can get regular check-ups when needed.

My daughter has been going to dr Win for 5 years and we love her. If we need to go in we get an appointment right away, never a long wait. If we have questions or concerns Dr win addresses right over the phone. Great,

Rude doctor! Blatant disrespect about my sexual preferences and habits. Always a comparison to eastern vs western traditions. Worst experience as a patient.

I have seen Dr. Win for a little over a year & a half. She has been amazing. It's very easy to get a quick appointment & she doesn't overbook herself like many doctors, so you can pretty much walk in as soon as you show up. She takes the time to listen, asks & answers questions, etc. She is pretty straight forward with her recommendations, which I appreciate. She doesn't look to just give prescriptions out unnecessarily if there is a more natural approach. Genuinely cares for her patients.

Just switched to her as my PCP and have had nothing but problems with her Office Administrator and her in getting my prescriptions processed. When I called the office about it, I was left on hold. Then when my Pharmacist calls on it, she's given some excuse about it not being called in. I then called back and was told that what the Pharmacist said wasn't true and that Dr. Win "forgot" to call in the prescription. How sad for her patients who are in pain - will be looking for a new PCP...

Very Dissatisfied Patient in Rancho Cucamonga, CA – Jun 01, 2017

I switched to Dr. Win early this year after hip replacement surgery. While I was mending from that, Dr. Win discovered a lump on my breast and immediately ordered tests and referred me to a surgeon and cardio doctor. Turns out it was Stage 3 cancer. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently and I feel certain she saved my life - and continues to monitor my care and well-being. She gave me confidence to face this trauma so I could get through it.

Dr Win is a compassionate and caring doctor who is easy to talk to - especially if you are older like myself. She spent time with me and answered all my questions which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Win even spoke with me when I had to rush my mother to the ER and needed advice - on a Sunday morning yet! I have full confidence in her and any treatments she prescribes.

I first met Dr. Win several years ago when she took the place of the Doctor I was seeing. That was the best thing that ever happened, She is a Gem! She takes her time and so very thorough. When have you ever had a Doctor call you in the evening to check on you....I have, Dr. Win! Thank you Dr. Win and please don't ever leave us!

I read similar reviews on how she treats younger patients and i should have listened. I enjoyed the first visit I had with her as it was just a general check up and I didn't have any questions. However the last couple of visits I had with her I experienced such unnecessary judgement and bashing. She also denied that I was enduring any physical pain after I had explained that i was and wasn't clear. Overall her staff is amazing but it doesn't make up for how she treats her patients.

No long wait for appt. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Office is comfortable. The doctor spends a long time getting your history correct and asking questions about your health. She allows plenty of time for questions. She does listen to you, which is a nice change from the doctors that diagnosis you as you walk into the room.

Had been hospitalized, went to my dr and he could have cared less. She was knowledgable and caring. Got my records immediantly from pvch and lab Corp, as now I will be going to quests. She told me would call me n let me know when results are in. Nice to have found a Dr. that cared.

If you are a relatively young female (I'm 22) looking to discuss birth control, do not come here. She was very judgemental and I was a virgin, I can only imagine what she would've said if I wasn't. I went here because of the good reviews but it was the worst doctor's visit I've ever had. She told me men in American culture sleep around and sex is like cake. I gave her a chance to redeem herself by asking an easy question of whether the first time hurts or not and she said How should I know.
