I attempted to schedule an appointment at this office, but the front desk staff was completely incompetent when it came to verifying insurance. Despite being given clear instructions on how to verify eligibility through a third-party administrator (which was 100% in-network), they had absolutely no idea how to proceed. The doctor is in-network, yet the staff’s lack of knowledge prevented me from even making an appointment.To make matters worse, communication was a major struggle, as the front desk staff had difficulty speaking English, making the process even more frustrating. I cannot speak on the doctor’s quality of care—she may be excellent—but unfortunately, I will never find out because her office staff is incapable of handling basic administrative tasks.I immediately contacted another podiatrist’s office, and they verified the insurance seamlessly without any issues. I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Sandra Franco. After visiting several doctors with no success, she was the only one able to help me cure my diabetic foot. Second visit they denied I had a visit for this date and refused to give me results of my first visit. Said my PC must sent them a request for my test results. So they denied me care.

FROM THE BEGINNING I WAS NOT ALLOWED IN SINCE SUPPOSEDLY THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED ALTHOUGH TWO SO-CALLED EMPLOYEES WERE INSIDE CHATTING THEIR LIVES AWAY AND LAUGHING AT THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT LET ME IN EVEN THOUGH I WAS THERE BECAUSE, THEY BEING PRODIATRISTS, COULD HELP ME WITH THE PAIN ON MY FOOT, INSTEAD SHE WANTED ME TO WAIT OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT

“The audacity” of these people to post lies about a respected physician and community leader. These people are committing defamation (slander/libel) and if I were Dr. Franco I’d have her attorney on them. I’ve been seeing Dr. Franco for years - since she was a resident! She’s the ultimate professional and highly highly competent in everything she does. Her offices are all impeccable, gorgeous, and state-of-the-art. Her staff are lovely and compassionate. As another person put it on the reviews, DON’T believe everything you read! Where I come from, negative posts are from “chusma” that wouldn’t recognize a gold nugget if they saw one!

Dr.Franco and her staff have been wonderful. They are very punctual, I arrived on time and took me in on time. They took care of me and really helped get me back to normal from having severe foot pain. I highly recommend Dr. Franco and Co. !

Wonderful, compassionate, and brilliant doctor and loving staff. Her offices are modern and you could eat off the floors if you wanted to. High-tech and cutting edge office. All my family and friends have been seeing Dr. Franco for over 10 years and no one [emphasis added] has one single complaint.

Dr. Franco has consistently been rated best podiatrist in Miramar year after year. Don't believe everything you read. The bad reviews are from people who don't want to follow social norms and rules. You have rules in your house so does Dr. Franco have rules in her office. If someone does not follow your rules in your house you ask them to leave or don't allow them in. If you don't know how to be nice, courteous, AND respectful go to an office where they tolerate rude and belligerent behavior. Dr. Franco & Staff are so nice and respectful. I’ve seen first hand how patients are rude…they think that because they have insurance they can get away with being rude and doctors and staff have to take it. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you! As to never returning calls or answering phones this is a lie as I’ve never had issues reaching Dr. Franco’s office. Lastly, Dr. Franco doesn’t run a charity. Know your insurance! Insurance does NOT entitle you to whatever your heart desires!

i called to make appoinment and i left several messages, nobody answerand called me back, after i decided to go in person, a rude lady there at the front who did not let me inside the office, because i did not have an appoinment, i tld her thats why i am here in person because nobody call me back, she in bad manner said that they need a note from my primary doctor with my medical history to make an appoiment, i ask why if i was there last year and i my medical history did not change, she said dr franco want to have it every six months, if not you can not see her. ok my primary doctor sent the medical history and i call there to make the appoinment, of course nobody answer the phone i left two more messages, finally a gentleman called me back and i told him now can i make the appoinment?? he said we did not receive the note yet, because our fax take more than 30 minutes to get it. Am I in USA? wow very dissapointing

The audacity of this doctor and her staff not letting patients who have actual appointments wait in their waiting room!!! My elderly mother was forced to stand outside in the heat with foot pain until the Dr. Franco was ready to see her!! Why bother even having a waiting room if your patients can’t use it?!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AT ALL. Her and her staff don’t care about patients only their money!!!

TODAY MAY 10TH 2022 WAS MY 1ST APPOINTMENT AS A NEW PATIENT WITH DR FRANCO PODIATRY, I WAS TREATED VERY RUDE,IMPOLITE UNPROFESSIONAL BY THE STAFF OF DR. FRANCO. THE LADY N THE GENTLEMAN THAT I UNFORTUNATELY DID NOT TAKE THEIR NAME, SPECIALLY THE GENTLEMAN TREATED ME VERY RUDE, DUE TO HIS RUDENESS I SAID THAT I WAS A PERSON NOT AN ANIMAL, IMMEDIATELY HE SAID TO GET OUT OF THE OFFICE. I WAS SHOCK ! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY IN A DR.'S OFFICE. I AM NOT AGAINST DR. FRANCO, I NEVER GOT TO MEET HER, BUT HER STAFF SPECIALLY THE ONES THAT SPOKE TO ME WHEN I GOT THERE ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFFESIONAL, RUDE, AND HAVE NO MANNERS AT ALL. THEREFORE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMED TO GO TO THIS DR., UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A BEAST NOT LIKE A HUMAN BEEN. I AM SO SORRY THAT THE DR.
