Great medical care
I was really impressed at the concern and kindness of all the employees I had met today, it was nice to find out my lungs are not as bad as I thought they were. I would highly recommend your practice to anyone who requires breathing diagnosis .

Excellent Physician
Very patient, listened to me, diagnosed, and treated me with care and compassion. After dealing with a lung issue for over a month and various other doctors, Dr. Gilley was a breath of fresh air. Literally and figuratively. I give her an A+ and would recommend her without reservation.

She is very extreme in her treatment. Patients beware. She will decide drastic treatment before she even has tests back for diagnosis. Will not be going back to her. Found another doctor who is much more trustworthy.

I accompanied my granddaughter at her appt' with Dr Gilley this week because of my first-hand knowledge of the pulmonary history of her grandmother (my wife had Alpha-1 deficiency and had serious pulmonary problems for 15 years, eventually having the first double lung transplant in Birmingham). My wife had seen many pulmonary doctors during her health battles, including at Mayo Clinic. I know a good doctor when I see one. I have nothing but praise for Dr Gilley and her nurses and office staff.

Dr Gilley is very good in explaining the situation. However, she tends to give false hope to terminal patients. Instead of telling you go out and grab all the gusto available, give less importance to chemo etc. Chemo is not always he answer. Personality and knowledge wise I think she is tops.
