was a patient many years ago. i left due to feeling judged and no connection. she is cold and has a distanced manner. her staff also were talking about patients outside the door.

Zero communication, even when asked a direct question staff avoids answering. Waited over an hour with no apologies, not even a hello for a brand new patient. If the office is too busy on a daily basis, stop accepting new patients or at least schedule fewer appointments each day so that each patient can have a chance to have their questions and concerns answered.

This woman is disgusting. My mom had an appointment at 11:00 this morning. We waited from 11-11:52 and were never called. We just went ahead and left. Who makes someone wait for almost an hour and they don't say anything? Patients don't matter to this woman. Why is she even doing this?

Staff and doctor are rude and have no compassion at all. When you first call the office, the staff discourages you from making an appointment. They make the scheduling process very difficult and are very quick to let you know that you have to wait a long time to be seen. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment, the doctor rushes you, she does not make eye contact and is very uninterested in anything you have to say. This was by far the worst doctors office experience I ever had!

Does the bare minimum and doesn't have your baby's interest as heart. Non chalant about an obvious high risk pregnancy and doesn't care about guiding the patient to the proper care. I had to find out from another doctor that I should be on bed rest. She ONLY put me on bed rest because I asked! She doesn't check anything but the heartbeat, shows no interest in the patient, doesn't explain ask questions, or make recommendations. Just clocks in bare minimum for the session and clocks out.

This is my first pregnancy and I am so thrilled to have Dr Giron as my obstetrician. She is caring and always quick to answer any question I have since this is my first pregnancy. I highly recommend her as an OBGYN!

Dr. Giron is very professional, she took care of my pregnancy, and I will definitely recommend her to all friends, and family. Her partners are wonderful as well, and I love her staff, the MAs were always courteous, and they recognized me every time I went for my check up !

I thanked my mom for referred me to Dr. Giron. I appreciate the time she took to listen to my problem, and more important to provided me with a permanent solution, after I saw two different doctors for the same problem.
I will not change Dr. Giron for anyone else, I love her staff.

Very unprofessional office. The care more about who are they teaching than the patient. Have to call several times a day for my lab results when it was an emergency. Appointments made over phone were not in system once you went to the office, no confirmation of appointment was done before. No follow up to see how the patient was doing. No clear explanations specially for first time pregnancy. Horrible experience.

I never met her until it was her shift and i was about to give birth. She was text messaging as she was telling me to do the practice pushes. I did tell her i didn't want to get an episiotomy, she laughed and said the baby wouldn't fit and it needed to be done. She just wanted it to be over with. I had my second baby with a midwife and it was the best experience of my life. No episiotomy was needed and only one stich was done compared to the many i had with my first.
