Seven years ago I became a patient of Dr. Knudsen. My initial (annual wellness) visit was ok, but I felt she seem detached. When it came time for her to examine me, she seemed as though she did not want to touch me. Ok…I’m in great heath, clean, don’t smell…I chalked it up to us just getting to know each other & maybe she feels awkward with new patients. Well, subsequent visits proved otherwise & she always approached me the same way. I discussed with relatives who also see her & their experience was the same. The last straw that made me leave the practice was when she was adamantly insistent and only focused on pushing me to get the Covid vaccine during a completely unrelated visit. She did not care about my feelings on it nor did she care about the reason for my visit in the first place. A doctor who dismisses a patient as she did, should not be in practice. Seems that she is just looking to boost revenue for the practice. And again, a very detached doctor. No thanks.

Dr. Sandra Knuden is bound to treat not just the diseases her patients encounter, but to think of each individual patient as a whole person. She did not uphold that standard with my aunt. My aunt was battling a fatal virus, which caused her health to rapidly decline. My aunt could not speak for herself due to her fragile state, so her husband called Green-Seidner Family Practice repeatedly asking to speak to Dr. Sandra Knuden and she was not available. Her husband was assured by the practice receptionist that his messages would be shared with Dr. Knuden. That was false. We had to rush my aunt to a local ER a day ago after waiting multiple days for the medical guidance of Dr.Kruden. I’m so happy we did because my aunt’s health is improving. Once Dr. Kruden responded, she was detached, unfeeling, and even confused by the state of my aunt’s health. Beware! She only cares about collecting your co-pay. You’ll die before she intervenes with your medical crisis.

Very poor. I had an infection and was given 3 days of antibiotics before the culture came back from lab as positive. Dr Knudson left a message to continue the meds with no further instructions. When I tried to renew the prescription, I couldn’t. After calling the office for 4 days without a response from the dr, I had to be seen at an urgent care to continue my treatment for what became a severe infection. Dr Knudson and the office showed extreme negligence to me and my issue. This is after using their practice for 20 years. How would they treat you??

She has been my family physician now for about 5 years since her colleague retired...he was my family doctor for over 30 years. I trust her completely and seek her advice on many issues. I have 9 other doctors, she does an excellent job working with them and recommending a new person when needed.
