Dr. Sandy Nguy, DO

I have had a very tough time finding a good Dr. in this area and while Dr. Nguy's bedside manner is fantastic and she takes her time with answering and looking into your issues, you have to look at the practice as a whole. I have been sick for 4 days. Called each day, waited on hold until someone was available to schedule an appointment. After waiting 15 minutes a services says your phone number and says someone will call you back, that call never came. Multiple times I have shown up for my appointment, brought into the room and then waiting over 45 minutes before anyone came in. I know doctors are busy and their time is valuable but the patient's time should not be wasted either nor should they be made to feel that their time is not as important or their health.

Very good. I’ve been going to her for almost 2 yrs and she always take time to answer all questions and if she can’t she will find out. It’s not the Dr it’s the office workers. Text her personally and you will get results.

Explained what insurance covered and no other services wanted. Was billed for additional charge and threatened if amount not paid test result and prescription wouldn’t be released. Terrible office management.

Many Doctors at Village are great but way office is run is not. Disputed a charge with doctor Nguy- as she double billed a visit. all about $ and not care. Such a shame. Had an erroneous $60 charge, was told office manager would call she never did. Shame to see a great practice go down because of one greedy doc who likes to double Bull patients.

She listened and is open to questions and answering. She takes medicare; which is rare now adays. And is accepting patients. I'd recommend her. She took time to get to know about reason for visit.
