Excellent Doctor!
I have had multiple procedures with Dr. Moretsky. In 2007 I had ICL Implants done in both eyes and then in 2019 I had cataracts (and the ICL Implants) removed from both eyes. He has always spent time with me, explained everything, let me ask questions and has done outstanding work for me.His staff has been friendly and welcoming and they've always remembered me.I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Money Grubber
Wanted to charge me an additional $50.00 for the paper prescription after my eye exam. Exam was because he removed cataract from left eye. Talk about money grubbing. Had second cataract removed using different Doctor. Never again

I picked Dr. Moretsky based on Phoenix magazine's peer review process, After two hours of exams, Dr. M reviews the results, doesn't ask me any questions or allow me to ask him any, and then tells me I should come back in six months for another exam. My cataracts aren't bad enough yet and I won't have that WOW reaction he wants patients to have after surgery. So.....I'd be getting the same lenses, but my vision would be worse in six months and I'd be more impressed with surgery result. Ridiculous

I've seen Dr. Moretsky in the past. He's a very good Dr. He predicted my Ankylosing Spondylitis 10 years before an official diagnosis was made, based on my eye condition and the way I was standing. I tried to go back to him again. I have very bad cataracts. I'd rather go blund than deal with that staff again. They upset me 10 years ago, they did it again recently. I've cancelled this appointment.
