was referred to the San Antonio eye center after my optometrist being unable to explain multiple vision changes over 6 months. I have a history of chiari with multiple craniotomies, disconjugate gaze, dry eyes, EDS, autoimmune diabetes, MCAS, hypothyroid, and accompanying diseases. Dr. Robert's took a look at my complaints, but didn't hear a history until after the exam, so as to not bias his opinion or diagnosis. I found this refreshing, and was interested to hear what he had to say, especially since it was something new, that no one else has seen. He was very professional, explained himself very clearly, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated his & his office personnel's professionalism.

Doctor Roberts reviewed my recent eye tests, asked for any issues with my eyes and examined them. He offered some eye drops, which, by the way, are working quite well and said he would see me in one year. It was very reassuring.

Dr Roberts is a very kind and thorough physician. The staff is pleasant and quick to respond to any questions.

why anybody he operates would not think he does MAGIC for his patients! I can't thank him and his surgery staff enough for making me feel like I was the only patient of the day. The surgery staff today on the 13th of November 2020 are the best. They met and answered all my questions professional and were very down to earth in their personality's. THEN WE COME TO "MR. MAGIC" DR. SANFORD ROBERTS AND HIS TEAM - INCLUDING THE ANESTHESIOLOGIST - I THINK HERE NAME WAS DR. FLORES- WOW WHAT A NICE PERSON AND TOOK CARE OF MY NEEDS 100%. AND BY THE WAY, THE NEW BUILDING IS TOP NOTCH. THE ONLY GLITCH WAS I WAS CALLED IN UNDER ANOTHER PATIENTS NAME BEFORE I WAS EVEN CHECKED IN WITCH TOOK ALMOST 2 HOURS . Dr. Roberts is very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. He has not been overly quick to take expensive or risky actions where a simpler solution exists.

He explains his diagnosis is plain language that is easy to understand. He also has a calm manner that puts you at ease.

Dr. Roberts has been a kind, caring provider that we trusted for 2 surgeries and years of follow up.
