My care with Dr Rhee was excellent. Too bad he is no longer in Frederick. He is in Baltimore now. He tries to keep current with developments in urogynecology. He is caring and understanding. He is also good at explaining everything to you.

Where is Dr. Rhee?? In the 20 years I’ve been having exams, he was the absolute best! I was so disappointed to hear he was no longer at Capital Women’s Care. I’d change providers if I could find Dr. Rhee at another practice.

I had seen Dr Rhee for over two years and he was fabulous! He recently left Capital Womens Care in Frederick, MD and the care there now is no where near the quality that Dr Rhee provided.
